The skimmer cracked over the second winter. aquathority declined repairs based on the warranty being one year. So I would not use them again because they did not offer a sufficient warranty. |

Description of Work: I used Aquathority to replace the coping and tile on my in ground pool. They were responsive, and completed the work quickly. We are pleased with the quality of work and their apparent desire to make sure that we were satisfied.

I called to get a feeling for the costs involved to repair a pool, the owner called me back the same day and spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand the dynamics involved. It was super helpful to know the risks involved and a ballpark of the costs.

Description of Work: My main and auxiliary motors went down recently and needed work before pending pool closing. After two horrible encounters with other companies, I called Aquathority. They gave me a time, called because they were running behind but did show up, investigated problem FIRST, then did repair. Turned out only one motor had to be replaced
