I needed to sell my Mom's house quickly in a down market, and move her to get her more assistance. We needed to get a good price for it, and we needed it to sell quickly. I was losing sleep over this dilemma, but Alan was a good listener and he planned according to our needs. His insight into the market and his advice were excellent. I am not savvy about real estate dealings, but I was smart enough to take his advice at each step. The house moved within weeks and we got the price we wanted. He provided excellent assistance with all the necessary steps, and communicated clearly and frequently. The only surprises were good ones.

It couldn't be better. I don't have an awful lot of experience in buying or selling houses, but he does. He was excellent. He explains everything. He listened to what we were looking for in terms of dollars and timing and other variables and he is terrific. Despite everything you hear about the economy and home sales right now, we had a buyer about 8 days after we listed it. We trusted him and did what he said and he did not steer us wrong at all.
