We contacted the company after being referred by a neighbor who told us what great work they had done for his son a few years ago. Our goal was to deal with a family run business and that's what we thought we found. Pete came out to Springfield for the estimate for siding. We agreed over the phone to the estimate and obtained a loan for the work. Pete and his son Kurt came to the house we thought to finalize the deal and they told us they had some news for us..."we don't want the job." Instead of just explaining that they likely didn't bid properly, Pete tried to tell us that he suddenly realized that our home was out of the area that his crews liked to travel, and that they normally work in a 7 mile radius of West Chester. We would have appreciated an honest answer but instead were deceived that this man, who has been in business for many years was unaware of his location and or what his crew would or would not do. Bottom line it is bad business to deceive a customer, as well as trying to explain something away which inevitably made the company look worse. Honesty is always the best policy, and finally after listening and debating this with Pete finally Kurt spoke up and said we just don't want the job. Now we have a loan, no siding and a disappointing feeling about this company.

Excellent. Crew arrived early and showed up every day as promised. They finished the job in about a week and left the yard neat. They did an outstanding job and addressed minor issues as they came up.

They provided 12 new vinyl replacement windows for a two-story house, which included removal of the old windows, installation, new capping and caulking. They were easy to work with on pricing, scheduling and delivery of the work. Very professional and clean! I would highly recommend A F Orazietti Siding.

They were wonderful. They went above and beyond. They were one time, worked like dogs and got it done. They have a wonderful reputation in the community which I knew and they did do us. I thought they were reasonable. The quality of their work was excellent. We even had a leak in a pipe upstairs and I called them and said there is water leaking from behind the siding. They were out right away, looked at the problem and redid the way they did the bottom of the siding thinking they had trapped some water because it was raining when they did the siding. That wasn't the problem so I realized that if rather water is dripping it must be a pipe. Even then they came out after the plumber came and fixed the pipe and fixed the faucet as well as the siding. They went way above and beyond anything they were responsible for. I think they are fair and reasonable.

Went beautifully. They called me a day ahead to confirm starting the work, showed up when they said they would and got all of them done in the same day. Very pleased with the new windows!

This is a family business. Our initial contact was with the founder, Peter O. He responded promptly to our request for information, visited us, and provided us with an estimate that was in line with what we had received from other potential providers. We liked the product that he demonstrated for us. The windows were manufactured by BFRich, a company in Newark, Delaware, that they have used for the 50 years they have been in business. Because of this relationship, they were able to have the windows made in less than two weeks after we signed a contract. They started work on schedule and completed it ahead of schedule. The three person crew was headed by Peter's son--Curt--and also included his grandson. Because of the age of the house, this was very much a custom project. However, they were able to deal easily with any challenge they encountered. They were very neat, friendly and easy to work with. All debris was removed at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them to our friends and family.

The main reason that we chose them was because we have two family members and a friend that had used them in the past so they were a referral from people we know. They have been in business for a long time and are within the vicinity of 10 minutes from where we live. And, they were pretty much a straight shooter when it came to quotes and they did not use any high pressure techniques that we were given by some other companies that we spoke with. There wasn't too many things with the quote. They pretty much gave us their standard rate, which was lower than all the other rates we got except for one company.

They seemed like really nice people. My daughter has used them as well. They do a great job.

We ordered 2 large windows for our bathroom. The company came promptly during the installation morning and did the work quietly and quickly. Very satisfied with the price and the service.

They were good on price. My overall experience was excellent. They showed up on time.

Their pricing was reasonable. It was right in there with another quote I had received. They put floor windows down for me. They did some molding around the windows and they did a great job. My neighbors complimented me on the windows. It is family-run business. They are very professional and they have been in business for a long time. They do great work and they were on time. They cleaned up well. I will use them again in the future.

Everything was great start to finish. Crew showed up by 8am everyday and never left before 5 pm. They completed all work in about 5 days. Friday was the tear down of old siding. New siding and windows were install Mon, Tues, and by end of the day weds the crew was finsihed. They cleaned up at the end of everyday and were always polite and answered any questions we had.

Mr. Orazietti came to our house to take measurements and provide an estimate. He also had a sample window of the type he sells which he demonstrated. He was courteous, businesslike, and informative. His estimate wasn't the lowest (it was in the middle) but all his references raved about the work his company had done for them. Once we decided to go with him he requested a deposit of $585. It took several weeks for the windows to be manufactured. Once they were delivered we had to pay half the remaining balance. Mr. Orazietti worked around our vacation to schedule the installation. It took about a week to replace almost all the windows in our house. The workmen were professional and cleaned up after themselves. The remaining balance was due upon completion of the work. Mr. Orazietti came back and we inspected the job together. There is a lifetime limited warranty on the windows. They windows look great! We hope they save us money on our heating and electric bills.
