Description of Work: Removed the old unit and installed a new A/C + Heat unit in my condominium It took only 3-4 hours not 2 days as other providers said it would take. Plus about 25% cheaper. |Excellent workman ship all around.

Description of Work: Started annual air conditioner contract with owner, Anthony Bisazza. Came within 3 days for a non-emergent call. I think this was outstanding. He gave me a 2 hour window on the date he was to do the work; and called at the start of the time frame to tell me exactly what time he was going to arrive in case I wanted to run errands. Very prompt, reliable and considerate of customers' time. He checked amps, volts, temp differentials, water safety operation, drain, trap, electrical connections, motors, mounts, capacitor fan blades, air filter and refrigerant levels. He showed me things on the unit and explained available options if I wanted them added. He was honest and extremely thorough, he kept the work environment clean. Anthony's work was outstanding. I do not feel he took advantage of a situation where he could have stated we needed a whole new system. Our unit is 17 years old. You can trust that he will do only what is needed, offer alternatives if you want to upgrade, but you don't feel pressured or taken advantage of. His work and work ethic was beyond compare. I am also going to change contracts from another organization to Anthony for our home's heating contract as well.
