I am extremely pleased with this company. They do a great job. I used another lawn mower for years but I decided two years ago to look for someone more preofessional and responsive to my requests. I found it with Express Lawn and Lansdscape. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good lawn care service.
Description of Work: I have used Express Lawn and Landscape for two years now to mow my lawn weekly. They gave me a fair price and are extremely responsive to special requests such as changing the mower height and doing additonal trimming at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Shawn (the company representative) came to our home & submitted a cost proposal. He sent a letterhead w/turf mowing/trimming: cost - $48.00. He also gave us an proposal for some removal of bushes/brush/weeds/debris for $945. We had him mow two different times, both times there wasn't any trimming completed. The mowing that was done wasn't very clean, the mower was set on high. The second time we called him to inquire if he was returning to complete the trimming & he said that wasn't part of the arrangement that the price would be $60.00 for both even though that is not what the proposal reads. My husband requested that they return to do the trimming & he would pay the difference. Shawn said they would try! They never came back. We will not be having the company any more & if someone wanted to hire them they need to be really clear about what service & the cost of said service will be!!!

I met with the member and quoted a price of $48.00 for strictly mowing. At this time, the member told me trimming was not necessary that he rarely did it. I quoted an additional fee for trimming if he changed his mind and wanted to add this service. After the last mowing - the member phoned me to ask if I would come back to do the trimming & I said I would, however he told me not to bother as I couldn't get the back the same day. I never heard back from him. To read such a negative review, is extremely disheartening as we have grown our business through the years as a result of customer referrals and consistent quality and open, clear communication with our customers. If you research us on Service Magic - we have a near perfect rating. We apologize to the member for the confusion - we never had the opportunity to speak with her directly.
