Description of Work: Ken, the seller & installer, was not exactly forthcoming with information or details, which had to be extracted from him vs his voluntarily offering as part of his doing business. He was accommodating as to placement of the cabinets in the garage, but just the opposite when installing the wall unit. Before I realized he & his helper were already screwing the unit to the wall! I would have preferred it to be a foot to the left, not where they placed it. They never asked where I wanted it placed! I like the cabinets and wall unit very much and I was able to achieve my goal of getting garage/garden stuff off the floor of the garage. The quality of the products seem to be excellent and I am pleased with them. However, I would never again do business with this guy who was unhappy that I wanted to stick to the certificate amount of $800.00 offered by Angie's List, which I made very clear to him from the very beginning. He muttered more than once of not making money off the deal and in the end, requested an additional $100.00 from me. Above the now $900.00 paid out an additional $125.00 had to be paid out for the gadgetry required to hang items on the wall unit. Each of those items are expensive and I ordered only the ones needed right away. If pushed came to shove--I would tell anyone wanting a similar system to go to to Lowe's and buy a nearly identical system there, including all of the gadgetry required to hang on the wall unit. At $800.00 I thought I could get a reasonable system to solve my garage problem. It is a good system, but hardly reasonable! Anyone accepting an Angie's List deal needs to be sure they get ALL the details and in writing and insist the seller sticks to the arrangement.
