They did an excellent job. Bachman was very good. They were neat. I never thought that they can put the roof. I have a rancho and an attached garage and a back patio roof. They did everything in one day. They were finished by late afternoon. They cleaned up. The price was reasonable and very fair. They were excellent.

Very professional at the quoting and scheduling stage, However it took them three separate visits to finish job as on each of the prior two they had missed major elements agreed. Large crew but not well surpervised leading to inconvenience of make good. Suggest if used the owner remains there to ensure work is done and to standard required. having said that they did complete the task well in the end, shame about the delays and inconvenience along the way when it all could have been done properly the first time round.

Arrived early finished entire roof one day, start date was earlier than projected. job foreman very conscientious very thorough clean up was careful in protecting house and yard job well done.

We hired a contractor to repair water marks on our ceiling. He discovered that the vent pipe covers were not installed properly. On one 3 inch pipe a 4 inch cover was installed. Shingles were not placed completely around vent cover. We also discovered that the shingles that were replaced, there were more than 14 nails in each, some above and some below the tar line. The manufacturer recommends no more than 4 nails to be above the tar line. This could cause the roof to leak.

Arrived on scheduled date at set time with enough crew to complete the job in one day. Shrubs were tarped , as well as the back deck. They used a very cool portable dump lift to raise to roof level to capture all old roof debris. Followed all correct procedures for felting, flashing, shingling and new outside bathroom vents. Foreman constantly checking work in all areas throughout the day to ensure proper work. Rain gutters were cleaned at end of job and no debris was left on premises. Job was done very well and we were very satisfied. We highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Overall everything went well, the job was done in a very timely manner. They missed a few pieces cleaning up afterwards but no one is perfect . It's great to have piece of mind when I know heavy rains are coming. No leaking after 10 years and 2 other roofers. I would use this company again, they are very professional.

They did an excellent job! They were very upfront and they told me everything that they were going to do. They explained everything for me. I am very pleased in having dealt with them. There were four men that came out to do the job and they were all very good and they explained everything and answered all my questions . They came at 7am and by 2:30pm they were packing up and ready to go.

They did a great job. They were fast and were clean. We had an issue and they came back to fix it pretty much right away. They were good. They were responsive. They did everything that they said they would, which was rare. They did exactly what they said they would. They were a little pricey and high. We knew we were paying for the rest of it, so that's why we said yes. We will use them again for a small roof in another building.

Had storm damage from 5/22/14, I needed an estimate from a roofing, siding company. I had a leak in my roof and told the receptionist this. I guess they are too busy to call me. I have a large job to be accomplished (new roof and siding)

Work done over 2-3 days, used copper flashing, new roof matched old one nicely, crew cleaned up job and left it how they found it. Roof leaked again a few weeks after job and they came right out to look at it and resealed it with more heavy-duty sealant. One more issue was found where roofing tiles did not adhere to each other due to lack of sun and once it was heated and sealed we have not had an issue since.

Crew arrived at 7 am and finished up entire project by 3:30 the same day. Tarps were placed around property over bushes and around work area and importantly nothing was damaged. Work force and equipment were extremely adequate to complete the project efficiently, safely and quickly. All debris was cleaned up thoroughly - simply outstanding experience over all. Highly recommended by happy homeowners.

The entire process went very smoothly. We were visiting our children for Thanksgiving and were called to let us know they would be at the house the day after Thanksgiving to do the work. We arrived home on Saturday and all the work was completed. All debris was removed and the property was looking wonderful. Neighbors commented on how good the house looked with the new roof and commented on how great the people who did the work were. We are very satisfied with the job and have recommended them to others.

Estimator did not show up for first appointment . Cancelled second appointment one half hour before due . Showed up for the third appointment but never went on to the roof . Took photos from a ladder ( that did not even include the side of the chimney where leak was most likely coming from). Told me I would get an estimate the next morning and received it in the mail three business days later. Given the multitude of great reviews , I have no doubt that this company has pleased many homeowners but I guess it was not a good day for the estimator when he got to me . I called another roofer who came the next day , gave me an estimate and he did the work the next day . By the way , he inspected the entire roof by walking around it before the estimate , took photos and explained them to me . He spent 45 minutes doing so . I know you can't please everyone all the time but my expectations were reasonable and the customer service left me feeling that " they did not want or need my work"

Like the Russians into Crimea. An onslaught of workmen.no concern for even obvious collateral damage. They didn't bother to inspect their work to see if they missed something. And they did. Had to recall them. Also had to ask them to fix neighbors property. Small matter yet they botched it. Instead of returning the damaged area to original they did a quick fix that vo-tech kids would be more conscientious about. I must fix it myself now that they failed to do their responsible part.

We weren't positive when they would come out, due to the snow still around. They did come out on 3/6/14 as they said they would. We didn't figure it out they were there since everyting was cleaned up there was no sign of them being there.

Punctual, professional. Job was quickly done by a large team of workers. Cleanup was excellent. I cannot think of any negative whatsoever. These guys are great. I did get several estimates, and their price was the best. I am completely satisfied.

1) First contacted them through Angie's List on 1/8/2014. 2) They responded (through Angie's List - on 1/20/2014) INSTEAD of calling me at the telephone number I asked to be contacted at. and stated "my message was missed" and to let them know if I was still interested. 3) I only found their response on 2/11/2014 because they messaged me through Angie's List instead of calling me by telephone like I had asked. 4) I immediately responded that I did not realize they would contact me through Angie's List vs. the telephone number I gave them, and that I was still interested in all of the work listed in my first message to them on 1/8/2014. 5) They immediately responded back and said "they would be calling me soon". 6) We spoke and they came to look at the property (roof, etc.) on or about 2/19/2014 or 2/20/2014. Looked at the work, said they would give us a quote for the roof, but thought we would be better off hiring someone else for the other items we needed done. 7) We have not heard from them since. 8) I just messaged them a few minutes ago through Angie's List and told them I'll look elsewhere. Note: This is the SECOND company, I tried to hire through Angie's List that has COMPLETELY blown me off! Sorry to say that so far...I am NOT impressed with Angie's list.

Contacted Bachman's Monday afternoon inquiring about an estimate for some minor roofing repairs. They called back early Tuesday morning. They were in the area, and were at my place within the hour. Both gentlemen were approachable, courteous, and didn't mind my nosey dog. They answered my questions, & gave me my estimate. They actually fixed my minor repairs on the spot and were done 1 1/2hrs later. Very happy customer!

It went great. I had a flat roof, 14x 36 they tore down all the old layers and put up a new roof. I had 6 inches of foam board applied. The roof looked great. and the house is noticeably warmer. The price was great too.

He got the job done quickly and guaranteed his work. There were a little more repairs needed once the siding was removed, but nothing major.

Bachman's Roofing Building & Remodeling Inc. are great. They're going to paint my home in the Spring. My sister also uses them.

25 year old Roof developed a leak during a recent heavy rain. Left a message with their answering service on Sunday. They returned my call on Monday and made a site visit on Tuesday AM. Completed the work the following Monday in one day - Just before the snow storm and cold snap. Roof is still snow covered but the venting appears to have solved our ice damming problem! Very satisfied with the pofessionalism, friendly service and on-time performance. I haven't been able to check on the clean up status because of the snow but the lawn around the house was draped with tarps and debris when directly into their articulated dumpster machine. Overall, a positive experience.

We got another quote from Martin's Roofing in Ephrata and they charged us $800 for the same work and even cleaned the outside of the second story windows!

They showed up on time, they were professional, they completed the job on schedule. Everything was perfect.

Very ;professional team and high quality workmanship. Clean-up was also very satisfactory. I found 44 nails throughout property after work was finished (This is out of the 70,000 - 75,000 nails removed and used for my roofing project.) and little yard/bed debris. One minor area of dissatisfaction concerns sales/service follow-through. I had to make reminder calls following initial inquiry and for status updates on replacement solar screen and gutter replacement. Overall, I was exceptionally satisfied with quality and price. Bachman's was in the mid-range of estimates that I received for this project of approximately 3200 sq. feet of roofing.
