I received several quotes and Bachmans beat them all. There guys are the best. knocked out my roof in one day. Quality work, professional crew and very clean.

I had a "5 star" experience with Bachman's roofing from start to finish. The anxiety I felt about replacing the roof of my home and carport caused me to put off the job for far too long. I was worried about selecting the wrong roofers since I know nothing about roofing. I know I made the right choice because from start to finish every step exceeded my expectation. Chris put my initial fears to rest by patiently explaining the entire Bachman's roofing process to me. He helped me select shingles, and he helped me apply for financing right at my kitchen table. Every step is done with the idea that your roof will stand not just stand the test of time but also stand whatever test nature puts it through. Bachman's warranty left me feeling comfortable that I made the right choice as it goes beyond what others offer. Bachman's is an established family owned company that you can trust. I am comfortable knowing that they will still be in the area should I need their assistance with my roof. The company did an incredible job putting a roof on my house and my carport. I couldn't believe how the efficiently the crew worked. I expected the job to take much longer since wood needed to replaced underneath both roofs. This company has this process down to a science. During the hail storm a few years ago, I saw my neighbors get new roofs on and the process went on for days. Bachman's took less than one day and both roofs look amazing. They left no debris behind either. Unlike when my neighbors got new roofs and I picked shingles, nails, etc. out of my yard. Every member of the team that I was in contact with through this process was kind, courteous and professional...Chris the contractor I first met with, Darci in scheduling, Cathy in financing, and Greg the project manager. I would highly recommend going with Bachman's for your roofing needs. I know that Bachman's will take care of any future remodeling that I have done to my home.

The Roof and Gutters look terrific, they were done tearing off and replacing the roof in 1 day, I only came across 5 nails they missed in getting picked up. The Garage Door looks good however the molding around the door was supposed to be white and they used Tan, also they use a subcontractor for garage doors. The Shutters were put on crooked and did not match the original ones in size, upon a call in they came back out and refitted some of them, but they are still off and not flush. My recommendation is if all you need is a roof and gutters you cant beat them for the price and expertise, however if you are looking for shutters please look elsewhere.

The service was top notch. They arrived when they said they would and the work was completed within a day. The new roof looks great.

The new roof looks great. I had a new roof (1700 sq ft.) installed which looks fantastic. A crew of 5 men competed the job which was completed in the one day. My only complaint was that the crew left a decent amount of nails on my property which consisted of my driveway and all around the outside perimeter of my house. I spoke to a Manager in regards to the matter and they sent a crew out with a magnet to resolve the issue.

Everything was done as communicated.

There were so many out of state contractors coming in because of all the hail damage. I just wasn't happy, Not to sound racist, but Bachman's sent out a crew of Mexicans. The job was done but they missed some things and had to come back, which they did. It just would have been nicer if I could have dealt with the guys who came out and gave the estimate. The crew didn't do the siding and gutter work so I had to call and they had to come back. There were companies coming up from California and Texas just to get the work done. There were so many roofing jobs that needed to be done that they extended the time frame for insurance companies to process the claims. I had gotten about four estimates and I ended up with Bachman.

It was a good experience. They were prompt and provided good service.

In my opinion it could not have gone any better. The crew arrived when promised, and immediately set to work. The foreman Steve came to the door, introduced himself and went over with me what would be taking place....very appreciative of that. Unlike previous companies, they took great pains to ensure my property was protected and worked straight through the day to ensure completion. Their post-job cleanup was exhaustive and before departing, Steve met with me to make sure I was satisfied. All in all I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the entire Bachman organization and could not be more pleased with my decision to go with them.

Very professional, and they missed a corner when they came out. I called them the next day, and they came back a day later and did all the repairs properly. A very good company, they were great.

They were fabulous. Several of my neighbors have used them. They come back at no charge until the job is done. The salesman Jimmy was superb.

We had a representative (Chris ) come out to our house to give us an estimate. Chris was very personable and professional. Told us that it would be about 8-10 weeks until work could be completed. We received a call 2 weeks later to schedule the work for the following week! They showed up at 7:00 AM and left around 6:00 PM. Our roof is about 3,000 square feet and they had the work completed that day. We had a ventilation system, gutter guards, and an exhaust pipe installed as well. They were very meticulous about cleaning up and we liked the fact that they recycle the old shingles.

I used to do roofing... this was as good as it gets, and cleaned everything as if they weren't here.

they arrived at 7:15 am with 8 workers and a foreman . the roof, 30+ squares, was finished by 3:00 pm that day. Everything they said they would do they did!

I had a new roof put on my home. The Bachman's roofers arrived at 7:00 am and left at 7:30 pm. They were very friendly, polite and did a great job of cleaning up my yard.

Bachman's responded to my service request promptly (just a couple days), especially given that I was not an existing customer. I asked the two service techs to at least take care of the clog that morning and assess the need for other repairs. They ended up fixing both problems in that one visit, giving me advice on maintaining the existing gutter for at least a few more seasons, and suggested how to plan for doing the eventual replacement correctly. Everything was taken care of quickly and capably and at a good price. I'm very happy.

I guess they enjoy being unprofessional...and we wonder where quality customer service has gone.

Our home is 25 years old and needed a new roof. The siding was cedar and needed to be replaced due to damage from woodpeckers, squirrels and carpenter bees. We also wanted to upgrade the windows. Bachman was not the cheapest (not the most expensive either). The salesman were very knowledgeable and professional. The roof was replaced first then the sidings and windows. Work was done in April & May during the rainiest spring in recent history. The workers were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were very tidy and neat. They were also very friendly and were extremely easy to work with. Our only complaint was with the job manager who was not always upfront on how work was being scheduled. I believe that this was impacted by the crazy weather we experienced. We would recommend them and we plan to use them when we remodel our master bath.

Bachman's is the best!!! Their salesman Jim E. was the best. Great prices, great quality of work, fast turn around between estimate and work being completed. Bachman's will be the only roofing company allowed to do my projects. They were so professional and outstanding in their work ethics.I have referred Bachman's to many of my friends, family and neighbors.

I had a great experience with the company, they were great. They respond immediately, are courteous, and prompt. I can not remember the exact cost of the service. They are expensive, but well worth the cost for the service and treatment we received!

The work was done well and the cost was very reasonable for services performed. After many more strong storms, the repaired siding remained secure.
