Description of Work: Kevin made an appointment to evaluate necessary roof repair/replacement and provide an estimate, but never showed up or called to reschedule.

Description of Work: My only negative is that the sales rep did not keep us in the loop in regards to receiving deposit to start work or when the work would take place. I received a call the day before they wanted to install the new roof which was several weeks after we mailed in the contract and down payment. | |The quality of work was excellent and they completed the entire job in one day. The clean was very good, you couldn't tell that an entire roof had been removed and a new one installed. I did find one corner on my back patio that they missed cleaning up but it was only about 8 nails. | |I would use Bachman's again but probably won't need to because of the outstanding warranty that comes with their work and materials.

Description of Work: Replaced garage gutters and downspouts. Bachman's does fine work but sales & service follow-through is poor. If you don't mind chasing after them for follow-up and being told a service date and not showing up or calling to advise change, then you'll experience no frustration.

Description of Work: New siding and new roof. They were the most organized contractor in the area. They were quick in providing a free estimate and quick in starting the job. This was done 2 months after a major hail storm went through the area, and were the closest in the price the insurance provided. The have the same quality if not better than the other roofers in the area that were charging $14k just for the roof. My only piece of feedback was there was an error in the color of j channel they used on my house. I wanted white and they used the color of the siding. Minor, but they never offered any compensation for the error (reason for a b rating under quality).

Description of Work: Replaced hail damaged roof, gutters, and downspouts. |I would highly recommend this company. The did what they said they would do, and they called us to keep us up to date on all information. Very professional people, especially Kevin, Carl, and their site manager.

Description of Work: Installed main patio shed roofs.

Description of Work: Roof replacement (including removing 2 layers of shingles) and complete gutter system. A "double crew" showed up and had the roof done in about 6 hrs - gutters the next work day completed in about 3 hrs, Cleaned up very well. A real professional operation.

Description of Work: I did not use this contractor. Their quoted estimate ranged from 3-5 times that of any other estimate I received for a fairly simple.

Description of Work: Roofed entire house and garage. Removed 2 layers of shingles and replaced with new shingles and ridge vent. Bachman uses a heavier felt under the shingles and explained how this was better. They also use copper flashing which they said was preferable to aluminum. In any event, it looks very nice. They also replaced a gutter and window that had been damaged during the February ice storm. Their cleanup was pretty good but I did find about twenty nails in our driveway and around the house. Their crew was efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. We chose Bachman because they were competitive with the other bids we got and because they seemed to use higher quality materials. They also gave us a GAF Roofs for Troops discount that none of the other contractors mentioned.

Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate for my roof. It was a large job and they were very professional and thorough. I felt they knew what they were doing and not trying to rip me off or tell me things I knew werent true. The suggested legitimate extras do to with my gutters which was confirmed with other estimates I got later. I had no personal recommendation for this company and since I had a personal one for another, I went with the other company. However, if I hadnt had that info, this company would have been my 2nd choice. their price was very reasonable compared to other prices.
