Description of Work: Replaced a flat (leaking) rubber roof/deck, rotted plywood, included a new balustrade, over top of a four season room. Also, replaced some gutters/downspouts and added some leaf screen protectors. And repaired a small hole in roof.

Description of Work: We hired Bachman's Roofing to put a new roof on our home. The crew that came and did the work was very good and our response from the owner after having to contact him regarding an issue with the General Manager was very good. However, dealing with the General Manager was not so good,he was VERY deceptive. The owner DID rectify the problem and the workers were exceptional.

Description of Work: Super job.Brought enough crew to finish laying shingles and corresponding work in one day.Clean up was fast and efficiant.Dumpster at top of |driveway handled all debrie, and 2 men walked around the house perimeter |with magnets to pick up roofing nails after the job was finished.Worked hand in hand with supervisor, before,during,and after the completion,where |all questions and problems were satisfied.Bachman subcontracted the gutter protection system to Gutter Helmet who completed the job efficiently in 1 day.Jimmy was the foreman on the job site.Great working relationship.

Description of Work: Greg was our estimator. He really knew what he was talking about was very truthful had a good feeling about him and his company. While very competitive in price we elected to go with another company to save about 3500.00 dollars.Bachman's would have been our second pick.

Description of Work: A little steep on the price but well worth it. We had another roofer on another house of ours and the difference in companies was like black and white. Bachman's are very professional and good to deal with. They had a team of men come out and put the roof on in a day. We only found one nail on our property since compared to the nails falling off the roof in our other house for at least two weeks after. If I had another roof to be put on I wouldn't think of calling anyone else but Bachman's.

Description of Work: They charged me $2,730.97 of which my insurance paid $0 |Very upset! They sent me to a loan shark to borrow the money to finance the money's I owed and they took my vehicle title away until my loan is paid!!!! That sucks!!!
