They were very responsive and contacted us the next day after we reached out to them on Angie's List. We set up for a site visit the next week and Chad came out to review the project and take photos/measurements. He was very friendly and polite and reviewed everything with us and answered all of our questions. We plan to contact them for any future projects that come up.

Very responsive from initial estimate to completion of job. Showed up when they said they would, cleaned up completely, mostly kept me informed. Replacement skylight was backordered and didn't let me know that would delay the job. Gave them model of original shingle but replacements were not very close and that was disappointing but they can be tough to match. Crew was polite and professional, even their new employee made a great impression. Overall, excellent job and would use them again.

We obtained several bids. My husband wanted the work done in a very specific way, which he reviewed with each sales rep. Because of these details, we were prepared to pay a bit more than a typical installation and chose Bachman's not because they were the cheapest but because the sales rep appeared to be very knowledgeable and we thought we'd get the best product. The contract we signed was very complete and included each of the particulars we wanted done. We signed and returned the contract June 26, 2013 and were told we would be on the schedule for the first week of July. When that date passed with no word, we called them and were told they were backed up due to bad weather. We called several times throughout July, and were never given a date. On August 9, we received a call at 8:00 a.m. telling us they could fit us in that day. At 10:00 a.m., they called back and said the supplies they had ordered for our job had been sold, so they had to reschedule. My husband requested that he be given at least a 24 hour notice so he could schedule time off from work to be there when the crew arrived to make sure they understood exactly what we wanted done. On August 21, the construction crew showed up at our house at 8:00 a.m. - with no prior notice. The crew was pleasant and professional, and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. However, when we got home that evening, we discovered that most of the specific detail we wanted included in the installation had not been done. The work done was of good quality, but they had NOT done much of what had been specified in the contract. When we spoke to the site supervisor, we learned that he had never been provided with a copy of the contract and only had a work order for reference - which obviously was incomplete. We had numerous discussions with the site supervisor and the sales rep who drew up the contract. On August 23, the site supervisor told us he would make the necessary corrections on August 26. We were on vacation, but when we returned a week later, nothing had been done. We called the sales rep, who said he was unaware that the work had not been completed. By this time, we were very frustrated, and did not really trust that anything would ever get done. The sales rep finally offered us a discount of 7% to accept the job as it was. After further discussion, he finally agreed to reduce the total cost by 23%, which we accepted.

Did everything in one day. Cleaned everything up nicely. didn't damage anything.

New roof on house, new roof on patio. New gutters and downspouts. Total attic insulation and more! Went very, very well. Extremely professional crew, and knowledgeable guys in charge. All work was completed in the manner that was mentioned.

I am very pleased, the workmanship is superb. Very efficient crew, 34 square roof was completely replaced in 1 1/2 days. Every person involved from the receptionist, salesman to crew leader were professional and a pleasure to work with. I will look to Bachman's for future projects.

When they artived, which was a 1/2 hour late, they got right to work setting up the tarps and dumpsters. They were quickly on the roof removing the old roofing material. The yards were a mess once all the roofing material was removed and I was nervous that they would not be able to pick up all the debris. Once a roofing group started laying the new roof, the cleaning crew started the yard cleanup. I was very impressed. The cleanup crew picked up by hand every piece of debris that missed the tarps in botht he front and back of the house. The team only took a short lunch break and they were back on the job in no time. The job was completly finished by mid-afternoon, including the clean-up, inspections, etc by my neighbor and myself. Although Backman's was not the cheapest or most expensive estimate we received, the warranty provided and the feeling we got from Tim Harley, the Sales Associate we met with is what helped sway us to choose Bachman's Roofing. I felt we made the right choice going with Bachman's. I will certainly use them again for future remodeling jobs.

I am very happy with the services performed by Bachman's Roofing. The entire process was done as promised in a timely fashion. The warranty was better than one half dozen other quotes received. I would highly recommend this roofer. My new roof looks great!

I had a few providers come out, all well reviewed on Angie's list. The first was great, but way too expensive. Bachmans came out the day I called, I was at work so they went to the house, snapped pictures and showed me what the problems were. All three roofing companies pointed out the same problems and offered the same solutions so I am comforted in that all three companies provided honest information. Bachmans later came out to meet with me and to also provide an estimate to install suntubes in our bathrooms on the 2nd floor. He spent over an hour going over everything. They offered two options repair or replace. Given the small size of our roof, replacement was not that much more so we went with that. And because of their price, we added the suntubes (which we couldnt be happier with). They were great to work with, responsive to our needs and got the job done in one day. My wife was very happy with the crew that came out to do the work. They were polite, professional and took great care of our home. I couldn't believe the clean-up job. When I got home, you would have never even known they were there. I only found one nail in our flower bed :) Otherwise the place was spotless. I would use them again without hesitation.

Bachman Roofing showed up on agreed upon time and the work took approximately 1.5 hrs. the work was performed very fast and clean. No debris was left behind. it has not rained yet but i am certain the leak is fixed. Bachman Roofing was very professional and would highly recommend.

All went well....would have them again...hands down the best!

I was having this done for my daughter. I was living in Oregon and she lives in PA. So all arrangements and communications were done by me from a distance. Masts was very responsive and cooperative with the obstacles this presented. Although I was not present when the work was done, my daughter was pleased with what was done, the workers kept her informed about the project. She was given specific instructions as to what she needed to do (to secure curb space for the large container for the debris, but Masts took care of all the details on their end. We were very pleased.

It went very well. It was my first time using them. They expedited. They did it all in a day with the roofing, installation and everything. They put a very full crew on to having a neighborhood to getting a couple of others in the neighborhood. We had reduction in the cost. I thought they were very professional. They acted accordingly. They cleaned up. I thought the price was competitive with what they offered. I thought it was a good price. The quality is very good. I would use them in the future.

Everything went very well. During the design phase, we were presented with a few options. They listened to our 'wants' and always worked to accommodate them, as well as offered functional and design suggestions. They always stayed in touch with us and were very transparent on pricing, timing, etc. All of the workers were very professional and nice to deal with. The end result turned out better than our original expectations. The roof looks like its been there from the beginning. GREAT JOB.

Bachman was very responsive to installing parts and gable pieces. Allowed me to provide special parts and made modifications to make it appear correctly. Crew was very friendly and responsive to my requests. Estimator provided through pricing and input on the job. Crew showed enthusiasm and creative input to help me accomplish with the new design.

They did a good job, we had a leak that they came back and fixed and were very prompt.

Bachman roofing did an excellent job replacing roof and chimney repair.

While the estimator was professional, he was very busy and it took a while to get an estimate. In addition, the estimate and the revised estimate had errors. In the end, I did not select the company as I felt that perhaps my job was not a priority for them.

We had a lower estimate from another roofer, but this roof has been a problem and we wanted to be sure the job was done right. Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. Communication was good. Everything was spelled out clearly in the contract and we liked the 15-year Workmanship Warranty provided by Bachman's. The job was done earlier than promised. Work was done on our roof and the adjoining twin home and completed in one day. Excellent protection of property from resulting debris and meticulous cleanup. The roof looks great. We've had no problems. Bachman's Roofing was recommended to us by other homeowners in our development who had been pleased with their workmanship.

He was great, and he did a really good job. I'm very pleased. He was punctual, and he gave me a good price. In addition, he did the work well!

I was having this work done prior to selling my home. The work took him (15) minutes and I felt the price was exorbitant for the amount of time and effort. I had used them in the past for roof tile work as well, which went good.
