Customer service is a high priority for our company. We never want any customers to walk away from our company displeased. We are disappointed that the homeowners in this report were unable to see our professional service completed, and instead chose to use another contractor. We would like to post here our account of the service provided. One of our professional estimators called and set an appointment with the husband and wife. After inspecting the problem area, our estimator spoke with the husband and reviewed his findings. The estimator explained that in order to repair the damage, the existing faded brown aluminum would need to be removed. After the repairs, we would install new aluminum siding (only available in white), and we would paint the siding brown to match the existing. The husband said he would call the estimator back after speaking with his wife. No return call was received. As for the comment from the Home Show worker, we can not verify or deny this comment from the Bachman’s employee that was working at the show.
