They were in quick after the estimate. The worked fast completing demo and new pour in less than a work week. They came in under estimate as well. My first concern was about how they put the trench drain in. They did not surround it in concrete under and around, and they ran the drains out the ends not bottoms. I asked about this and I was assured that it was fine for this application. Everything looked fine for about a month when the concrete finished curing. Once it dried cracks appeared. To date there are 5 cracks in the pad. They range from 2' to 8' long. The worst two are where they put plumbing for the drains from the center trench to two different walls. These cracks are right over the pipes and following the pipes. One crack makes a 90 degree turn to follow the pipe. The pipes are not under the concrete but through it making it much thinner around the pipes. I contacted them about the cracks shortly after noticing them. When I informed them of the problems the Dennis said he would check and call back. Dennis left a message on my phone that "as long as it is a hairline crack it shouldn't go anywhere, but I could grind it out and put a 1/2 sealer in there before sealing it." Since this time I have left messages about the extent of the cracking, and they have not called me back or came out to inspect their work. While the cracks are not very wide at this time there is no load on the floor except its own weight. And two of the cracks are on top of the pipes and any weight on those areas will have much less support. This floor was supposed to be made to support 200 gallon tanks which was communicated to the estimator. UPDATE Attempted to hook the plumbing to the sewer. 4" sewer line came apart. I checked other connections and in three locations it came apart in the crawl space with a bump. After getting into the crawl It was also clear that they did not dig down far enough to clear a joist on the addition they just put two 90 degree couplings together which came apart right at the wall. Water was also able to leak out the end of the floor drain. So the plumbing was not water tight either. Had I relied on them to tie it in it could have failed badly without a good way to notice the issue.
Description of Work: Removed a 20' X 14' 7" section section of old concrete floor and installed a sloped concrete pad with two trench floor drains and three pipe drains. Run plumbing out to edge of addition.

Went very well - the only hitch was the plumber they hired - he was not a happy camper and screwed up the placement of the pipes behind my pedestal sink - I called Priset's and they came right out and fixed it and said they weren't going to use that plumber again.
Description of Work: Totally remodeled my bathroom down to the studs; put in a skylight - it is an awesome space!!!!
