Our billing procedures are as follows, estimated material cost should be paid in full prior to the start of the job. Half the labor cost is to be paid the first day construction starts, another 25% to be paid once deemed the first phase is completed and the remaining 25% should be paid in full at the completion of the job.

Alaskey Construction has been in business for about 25yrs. Most of our work is done by word of mouth. We have anywhere from 2 to 5 employees depending on work load.
