Excellent - provided detailed estimate, took time to answer my concerns and questions and was very thorough and considerate with their installation work. I was responsible to obtain a company to provide the gas hookup and service (by my choice - he would have arranged this if I requested it), and he came back promptly after the gas company arrived to startup and test the new generator. They were not the most favorable bid - but I was very pleased with the work performed and am confident that it was done well.
