Failed to arrive on first day he said he would be here. Would not give an estimate or time for work. This was in early November. He came to do part of the work after Thanksgiving. He put up lights and installed one outlet completely. He then partially installed another outlet and said he needed a bigger box and would return next day to complete. He did not return. Phone calls and messages went unanswered and we did not hear from him until mid-February after I called and left a message that I was hiring someone else. I told him to send me an invoice for work done. I received an invoice for $1424.00 I had priced the materials and my cost retail would have been $500. He charged $95 an hour for 71/2 hours work which was portal to portal. I called and told him this invoice was excessive. He called back and told us "it is what it is". We paid the bill, but will never recommend him to anyone. He did not do what we wanted such as shut-off switches for lights and the outlets were ugly.
Description of Work: Installed two outdoor dusk-to-dawn LED lights and installed two outdoor GIF outllets. Removed some old wiring and fixtures.
