Description of Work: I ended up not using this company. The owner stated that he would come out with another worker to stretch my carpet the next day, since an opening has just happened. I specifically stated that there was heavy furniture to be moved and he said it would not be a problem, but that we should move all the small stuff. We did that but there was only one guy when he came to stretch it. My husband asked if it would be easier with two, and the worker said 'Yes, but the other guy had to stay behind to answer the phone. My husband asked if he would like to reschedule and the guys said 'yes'. After not hearing from them to reschedule for 2 days, I called and the wife of the owner stated that my husband had been rude to the installer and they would not be coming back out. I got another installer that very morning who came out that very afternoon and charged me a fraction of what these people were going to charge! There were two of them and they did a wonderful job...no muss, no fuss!
