 + 0 moreI had to have my hot water heater replaced and the gentleman had to move my washer so the next day my wife had to do laundry well he for got to hook my drain hose back up of course my base is soaked be wear of this company

 + -1 moreI found him through my insurance company but I know that he is on Angie's List. They were great. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up after they were done. They did a great job. They were excellent. The price and everything was reasonable. They were every competitive, it was the best rate that I could find. I think I saved close to $2,000 by going with this gentleman. He just does really good work and pays attention to detail.
Description of Work: I used the services of Rightway Plumbing for plumbing work. They replaced the front drainage pipe from the house down to the street. They even put in a water catch pan for the second floor washing machine. They ordered a special pan through another subcontractor of theirs and they made it exactly up to my specifications. I called for a little bit higher of a lip to catch the big overflow that happens in the larger washing machines and they completely made it exactly to my specifications.

 + -1 moreI was satisfied with them. It was not a great amount of work that they had to do. If I had a choice, I would not use them again. However, the decision to use them lies with my home warranty company.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I called and got an appointment set for within the week. He came and was able to get everything taken care of relatively quickly. He cleaned all of the old parts up and did not leave me with any of the mess to dispose of, which was nice.
Description of Work: He moved the pressure tank inside. The tank had been in an outside well. He also installed a whole house filter.

Description of Work: The sewage system in my home was clogged. I called Rightway plumbing at 4:50 PM. They close at 4:30, but the receptionist told me to hold a minute, and came back to tell me that Joe would be right over. He was there with another plumber in 10 minutes, accessed the situation, and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Very polite. And when have you ever had a plumber make an after hours service call and only charge you $95?!
