pool cleaners
+ -1 moreHORRIBLE. He is a thief. He has stolen my money, plain and simple.
Description of Work: The business owner gave me an estimate for a pool liner replacement, took my money to buy the new liner, and has never been heard from again. I have repeatedly called and left messages, and have spoken to his wife, but have not gotten a return call. I have requested a refund, since my liner was never installed. He will not return my calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
