I was sold a faulty router. After two home visits and taking my computer to their shop, the problem was not fixed. A call was not returned. I had to call another computer repair service to fix the problem. This service did the job. If Cermak offers to send 'Bobby' out, run as if the Zombie apocalypse is upon you.
Description of Work: i needed a problem with my network connections fixed.

The installation went off without a hitch. My computer cost 25% less than the previous Dell it replaced. Moreover, they came to my house and installed the computer at no cost. I am more than pleased with my new hardware. I have used CERMAC to fix and install other peripherals. Installation was prompt and at a reasonable cost. They have also repaired computer equipment for me. CERMAC is without equal.
