Scott knows the market in my area, and was able to tell me very specifically what I needed to do to my home in order to get it ready for sale. He provided me with a stager, an inspector, an electrician, and a painter, all of whom were great contractors. Due to family circumstances, I asked Scott to list the house at a price that would assure a quick sale yet yield a decent return for me. We carefully determined the correct price, listed on Tuesday, got an offer on Wednesday, and I signed the contract that Friday. The sale was for the list price. I can't recommend Scott Furman and everyone at ReMax Classic enough.
