She helped us find a terrific house well outside her usual search area, while managing our crazy schedule, and even helping us tote our newborn twins to more than a few showings. But during the paperwork portion is where she really shines. Linda is in top of EVERY detail. She checks in with you regularly, so the parts you need to get done don't slip through the cracks. She takes care of her parts within hours. There is no irregularity too small, no hiccup too minor -- she tracks them down and irons them out.
