 + -1 moreThey are fast taking offering me a service contract that no matter what happens to the computer even if it were my fault they would fix it. It turns out this is a telephone diagnostic fixing nothing. To show how they want questions, their telephone number is not on their receipt. Stay away!!!!!

 + -1 moreThey couldn't repair the computer so we asked if they could take the data off the hard drive so we could put it on our new computer. They said they couldn't do that either. We ended up getting a new computer from them instead. The pricing was reasonable and the staff was helpful.

 + -1 moreIt was fine. They were really friendly and they were quick to perform the services to get rid of the virus. I've used them before for minor things. They were very knowledgeable and were able to tell me what was wrong with my hard drive when it wasn't working. They are nice. They are not too expensive.
