+ 3 moreEverything started great for our kitchen remodel but eventually every just went downhill. They stopped showing up as often, and after the final payment we didn’t have a walkthrough to go over missing items or things that needed to be fixed. Kitchen project started in June 2018 and by December 2018 we still had items to complete. After a final payment in December we never heard back, leaving is with part of the island unpainted or stained and the drawers not opening and closing as they should and the appliance cabinet never finish. We got a rebuttal indicating the kitchen costed more than budgeted but that wasn’t our fault as he was the one to give us the quote.. today drawers don’t work, appliance cabinet missing completion and under island not painted. Don’t want vendor to repair or fix. Ultimately I would have preferred a brand new kitchen over the refacing. Soon we’ll need a new kitchen to just fix cabinets even though this upgrade (which wasn’t cheaper) were never finish and not working how I’d like it to work. Thanks!

+ 4 moreRich does craftsman work. Very good at visualizing how to fit doors/walls/bracing in complex/tight areas. As such, he was able to hide all of the piping/venting in our 100+ year old home. Everything was built solid and true. It is evident that he took care to ensure it was done right. We are pleased.
Description of Work: Rich and his team built walls, framed in doors, ran electrical wiring, hung lighting, modified and installed ductwork, added drywall/mudded, added trim.
