Excellent - Lou was a pleasure to work with. Came out first thing Saturday morning when torsion springs snapped on us and we couldn't get out of the garage. Was punctual, friendly, and very professional. He took it upon himself to go the extra mile by making additional maintenance checks on the door (lubricating joints, replacing light bulb on motor, etc.). He was incredibly pleasant to work with, provided a quality service, and was very reasonably priced (especially for a Saturday morning emergency call). Lou is a local guy with loads of experience and a commitment to our community. Highly recommended.

First of all, I want to say it was a great pleasure to work with Lou. He is extremely polite and professional and just a genuinely nice man. My garage door opener failed to open so I contacted Lou on the recommendation of some members of my community. He tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone, but it was apparent that a house call was required. Lou replaced my Master Lift opener, installed new springs, replaced a faulty wheel, installed a keyless entry pad, and provided 2 remote control devices at a very reasonable price. Most importantly, his work ethic and customer service are exemplary. I recommend Louis Londrillo without reserve and would definitely hire him in the future.

Lou came out and fixed my garage. Checked both garages even though only one was being serviced. He was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I would definitely use him again.

Mr. Londrillo was one of the most professional and cordial service people I have encountered. He fixed the problem and gave me an overall sense of other changes and fixes that I should be thinking about over time. While my problem was not an emergency, he came out nevertheless quite promptly. I wish everyone was as courteous and as competent as Mr. Londrillo.

The visit went very well. Mr. Londrillo was professional and his price was fair. I had a bad experience years ago with another company had am very pleased with Mr. Londrillo and recommend him highly.

I had a malfunctioning garage door that I needed addressed that day as it wouldn't close. The company was very prompt in responding and tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work, they came out and serviced the door promptly. I was not home when they arrived, and they called me to let me know the issue and that it was fixed. They were prompt, professional, and curteous.

I was thinking of using them again, but I decided not to because the doors didn't hold up as long as I thought they would. He was very pleasant with his words, prompt, he called me back and everything, but the product didn't hold up very well. I did take this to his attention, but he just continued pieces of the garage doors that I needed replaced. He was very professional and it's not his fault and he could not help me because the pieces were continued and the price was so. I ended up going with somebody else and I had to get new doors after that.

This guy is GREAT!!! He wouldn't even take a deposit which is crazy because he purchased the door. Everyone else wanted 50% down. I got multiple quotes and Lou was very fair. However, it's not the price. He was so great to work with, so helpful, punctual, clean, etc. The door even arrived and was installed a week early. I truly can't say enough about Lou. What a great experience. If only everyone was like Lou!

The experience was very good. He was punctual and got the job done in a short amount of time. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was good. We called them back for a second problem that we were having, with a part of the door bending or creasing. We thought we would have to get a whole new door but he was able to fix it.

Excellent, honest and prompt service! Our flimsy doors appeared to be on their last leg, but Lou advised they have still have plenty of life in them. Lou is professional and courteous. When we are ready, we will certainly purchase new doors from him.
