Donny, Sven, and BJ did an incredible job. They made what would normally be an incredibly stressful day so smooth and easy. They showed up on time and got right down to work. They were done in a little over three hours, which I was grateful for not only because it kept the price down, but because who wants to be moving all day? Thanks guys, we really appreciate your hard work and the care you took to transport our items safely and protect our floors.

The Litemovers team arrived not only on time,but slightly before their estimated time to get us moved from our old house. The four guys hustled and took great care in moving and packing our belongings onto their truck. They were all friendly and professional, and made a stressful day a bit easier. Don, the on-site foreman, kept the team moving at a good clip and helped to ensure our family and his team were all doing well throughout the process. Rob's humor throughout the day also made the day go a bit faster. The guys took care of our belongings and it was great that they set up all of the beds in their new rooms. I would recommend that either Litemovers invest in the plastic floor covering that adheres to carpets, so not to soil them, or to make sure clients know in advance to cover any carpets they hope to keep relatively clean. Overall, very good service and we will be using them again very soon!

Our family was confronted with a short-notice requirement to vacate an apartment in central Philadelphia which contained a large library and furniture. I called Litemovers on a Sunday morning to leave a voicemail requesting contact on Monday to arrange for an estimate. A short time later Sunday, I received a call back from the president of the company himself who was on vacation in Florida but monitoring voicemail messages over the weekend. Later that day, I went to the Litemover website to put in our requirements and got back a very pleasant email from the president the following morning with a very reasonale estimate which I immediately accepted. On the day of the move-out, the company dispatcher called to let me know the three-man moving team was in-bound. The team arrived shortly thereafter and immediately went to work. They were personable, helpful, all-business and quickly cleared out the apartment with no damage to the narrow 25-step stairway. The company followed up with a call to ensure our satisfaction and we were quite satisfied. The apartment's contents were put into the company's storage facility and delivered by the same crew on move-in day to the new apartment, also in central Philadelphia. The move was made without any damage to the contents and was done professionally, procifiently, and quickly. The professionalism and dedication to excellence of the president is reflected throughout his company. Litemovers has a great future and I can say that during my 40 year career which required that I move many times, this move was the easiest. It was a pleasure dealing with Litemovers and its president. When I move again, I will do so through them.

I was pleased with the level of service. We needed assistance with moving furniture within our house including an upright piano and large breakfront in preparation for floor refinishing. The workers were punctual and very careful with our furniture. They returned and moved the furniture back into place.

Great job - nothing broken or missing. Were very professional and respectful and made a hectic time less stressful.

This is only the second time I've had to hire movers, but it's the second time in six months. Prior to my move, the planning and contact with the company was great. Very professional. Very helpful. I asked for packing services very last minute - and they were accommodating. Two guys showed up the day before my move to pack up the 80% of my belongings that I didn't pack myself! One of the guys who packed me returned with two different guys the next day to move all my stuff! Overall, the move went great. All of my belongings made it here (and the items in my storage unit weren't exactly packed well - by me.) I'm still trying to locate things while unpacking, but I'm pretty sure it's just bc of the confusion and chaos of moving!

They were excellent. They were reasonable and they were polite. They were well mannered. The owner of the company was very helpful on the phone. I would say all good things about them. They were right on time. I already recommended them to others.

I had a very nice conversation with the woman who answered the phone. She took both my phone and email so that "Ed" could get back to me to discuss details in whichever was most convenient. I won't say he never contacted me, but it has been over a week. At the time I spoke to the receptionist, I mentioned I had had my original arrangements fall through and I was on a short time schedule. Luckily, I found someone else to do the work. I noticed another bad review on Angie's had the same experience (no returned contact) and the business commented that sometimes it happens at peak seasons. Indeed, this is August so I am sure they are busy.

This was the second time that we've used their services. Both times it went really well. Very helpful, flexible, good skills re:packing so that things don't shift and get broker. Also good at the weight distribution of items. Easy-going and willing to let us actively participate. Nice guys, professional, strong and careful. Good communication skills. Office coordination was great, flexible, competent, and responsive. Very knowledgable. Each time 2 guys showed up. Each time one of them was in charged. They worked well as a team. We tipped (well) the guys who did the moving both times.

It went well. They were very efficient. They were available quickly and they brought their own truck. They were nice.

How can a company survive these days without returning phone calls? It amazes me.

smoothly... everyone... was clean shaven, well spoken... and ready to work... there definitely was not alot of hand holding with this company.. not alot of phone calls.. or confirms.. or follow up paper work... just heres the number.. ... and then i had to call back a few times to get the date.. cause the number was that good.. keep trying.. they will be worth it...:)

The entire experience was excellent. The two movers who showed up were fantastic. They worked nonstop and hard for the two hours that I had hired them for. When my first truck was packed and they had contracted time left they continued to work carring things from the basement to the main floor and upstairs -down. I never felt like I had to police them and watch them constantly. I feel like their prices are very reasonable and had a great experience. I have recommended their services to multiple people.

On August 11th I contacted them to inquire about their services to pack a rental truck for me. On the 12th I agreed to use their services on August 30th at 10:00 am. At 2:30 on August 29th, I emailed them to confirm the next day. At 4:42 pm I received an email informing me that they could not do the job the next day due to truck problems. All their jobs were backed up. They offered to do it the next day which was not an option for me. If I had not checked my email, I would not have known that they were not coming! If feel they should have made a phone call to let me know not an email.

v-e-r-y slow. It took twice as long as I expected, based on another company's work moving the same furniture. Therefore it cost twice as much as I expected.

I was very happy with the service, promptness, and professionalism of the movers. I would recommend this company to others with smaller moves and odd-job moves (e.g., PODS units). It saved me time and also with a bad back it would have been difficult to move myself! The price was reasonable for the services performed.

We have used this company on three occasions; each time being completely satisfied with their scheduling, prompt response, care of our possessions, and most especially, the service. Ed returns telephone calls promptly, schedules us within a week, and is at our door exactly when he says he will be there.

Overall the move was a breeze! It took only about an 1 1/2 hours to complete. The movers were very professional and were sensitive to keeping my furniture safe and clean. They were able to come with only 3 days notice. I would describe the overall experience with Litemovers.com as excellent!!! I would recommend Litemovers.com to anyone!
