 + 0 moreI am a Realtor and have used Kate on several occasions to stage my listings. She is always prompt and courteous. She is a good listener. She is professional and fun to be with. She has made a tremendous difference in the way my listings look to prospective Buyers and that has helped to get them sold more quickly than they otherwise might have. She can arrange a small-scale redesign with items you already have or she can completely furnish and decorate a vacant house. I recommend her highly and will continue to use her myself.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Her ideas were easy to carry out and not expensive. We think it really makes a difference in the look of our house.
Description of Work: We received excellent tips to get our house ready for resale. We received a written report for further clarification. Ms. Hart also provided a second visit after we completed the suggested work on our house as part of her service.
