Personal attention to the customer. Edwin came back looked at the finished job and found a flaw that he had corrected immediately. I did not notice it until he mentioned it. No worries when you deal with Ed.

We have had our carpets stretched in the past by the company that did the installation years ago, but we were not 100% satisfied. Ed's team made sure the work was done right the first time, treated our home with respect and even took the time to vacuum the area before leaving. We appreciate Ed's diligence in ensuring a positive customer service experience!

Very friendly and did goo work and was really neat and clean! It will take three or more years to know if the work is really good, but all indications are positive. We are pleased.
