They were responsive and professional, and very careful to make sure that there was no damage to surrounding walls, artwork etc. I would definitely use them again.

Lou and one worker took it out without a problem. It was big and very heavy but they did a superior job, and were so nice. I would hire them Again and Again A+A+ Service. When they took out one of my end tables I forgot and had 250.00 in the envelope that was behind the end table it was right there when I went upstairs. thanks for being so honest.

It was excellent. I would use them for everything if I could. They had to organize all of my clothes. I have been sick and they went through it all and organized it. It was a very good experience.

The job was complicated by a narrow work space at the base of the stairs. Lou (the business owner) and another worker performed the task flawlessly without damaging walls doors or stairs.

It is difficult to find hard working professionals that you can trust but Delaware Valley Clean Out provided just that. I have hired them for the clean out and removal of an office basement, a residential basement and whole house clean-outs for decedents' estate properties. Each time, the work was accomplished in a thorough manner by their hard working owners and in all cases, the property was left clean and organized. I was particularly impressed with how they clean out estate owned properties. This is often grueling work for an Executor or for family members to try to accomplish on their own after a loved one has passed. Delaware Valley Clean Out provided trustworthy workmanship so that the family members could simply point out property that was being kept or that had sentimental value and not have to deal with the removal of all other estate property. I was so impressed that I hired them to clean out the basement of my personal residence. Much like the commercial hires, my basement was thoroughly cleaned out with all junk removed and left in a clean condition. I remain completely satisfied with their work.

I needed help organizing a storage unit for shipment from King of Prussia to Nevada and didn't know anyone in the area. Delaware Valley Clean Out was referred with such confidence and enthusiasm that I would have been foolish not to consider them for the project. A little online research and a few minutes on the phone with Darby at Delaware Valley confirmed I was on the right track. The date scheduled turned out to be a record-breaking hot day in September. Lou and I worked in the heat for hours in a second-story storage unit with a tin roof and no air-conditioning. He never complained and never slowed down as he shuffled through boxes and furniture covered with years of grime, and carried items that wouldn't be shipped downstairs to his truck to haul off. The unit was finally organized and I went back to Nevada. A few days later, Lou returned to the storage facility to supervise loading by the moving company. I had complete confidence in him by then and wouldn?t have trusted anyone else to make sure it was done correctly. He didn?t disappoint and I believe my stuff arrived in better condition than it might have without him looking out for me. I can?t recommend Delaware Valley Clean Out enough. Lou is one in a million and the cost was extremely reasonable for the work done. Before I left King of Prussia, I personally thanked the person who recommended Lou. I hope this review extends the same favor to anyone else looking for the best and most affordable company to help with organizing and hauling. You simply can?t go wrong with Delaware Valley Clean Out.

The owner came and saw the items, gave me a verbal price and we scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. He does not provide an invoice prior to the job but said he would give me one afterwards. We scheduled for 10:00 am. He arrived at 9:50 by himself and stated that he could move the smaller items by himself but that his helper could not come until 6:00-6:30 in the evening. I had scheduled for carpet cleaners, etc for that afternoon since he said the job would e done in less than an hour. I came home one day early from being away to get everything ready for him and scheduled all the other work based on his work completion. He did not call to tell me that the timing for the job had changed. I was upset and asked him to give me a half hour to calm down and sort things out. I called him 3 times and asked him to call me so that we could proceed. He did not call back and he did not return as he was supposed to. Up until the day of the service, he was very professional and courteous. I chose this service because it was a familly run small business and I wanted to support that. Also, Lou, the owner, seemed so helpful. Unfortunately, what could have been resolved with a simple phone call turned into a very disruptive day.

My garage was a hot mess. I didn't even know where to start. These 2 guys from DVCO showed up and guided me through the whole process. They helped me sort through my stuff and organize what I wanted to keep. I could not have ever done this by myself.

It went great. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service of the Delaware Valley Clean Out team. They went the extra mile to help me organize my garage by installing shelving, which was not part of the original estimate. They even donated some of my items to Goodwill rather than taking them to the dump.
