Description of Work: Knowing that installing a dishwasher in a very old house (1700's) would prove difficult, we called this provider who had done excellent work for us in the past. In spite of complications with both water lines and electricity and a floor that was anything but level, the plumber maintained a positive attitude and a "we can make this work" determination! We now have a dishwasher that looks and works perfectly and received a bill that was more than reasonable! A+ Service!

+ 0 moreBathroom remodel and plumber from Borzell and Norbury was hired to redo nozzle and some pipes. The contractor had everything planned so that the plumber could do his part and be finished. The plumber had the wrong pieces and said he would come back next day, but told boss that the contractor had caused the delay. The boss called and yelled at my wife. We paid the check and will never use them again.

+ -1 moreWe have used this company for 15 years and are very satisfied with them. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, and above all knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable, and they do an excellent job. The owners are very helpful, and go beyond the call of duty to help the customer. Even though we didn't use them for this job, we will definitely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: We have an underground water leak which needs excavation and repair. We called Borzell & Norbury. We needed the repair done immediately. They were already booked up for several weeks and couldn't do the work, so they did not perform any services.

Description of Work: Fixed my pool plumbing. I use these folks all the time for all plumbing need. Very nice people, prompt, and while I gave them a B on price they have never charged me for something that did not work perfectly after the work. Without a doubt a great company to have on your list.
