Description of Work: Installed a heat pump/ air conditioning system in my home. The owner was punctual, extremely professional & knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with him working in my home. Mark did an excellent job & displayed a very high work ethic....something rare to see. His price was fair & accurate. I would recommend him to anyone!

+ -1 moreCalled Mark because I thought I needed my central air replaced. Asked about a more expensive heat pump. He first told me that he would sell me one if I really wanted one, but that in his opinion I would be better off keeping my current set-up of gas furnace and central air because it would take a long time to recoup the investment with any savings I would gain. He then looked at my current system and discovered a duct that was disconnected that allowed heat and cool air to escape from the system. The duct also had a couple of small holes in it. So he replaced and reconnected the duct, and now the a/c is working like new again. Saved me several thousand in replacement costs. He could have easily replaced the system and repaired the duct without me knowing. It's refreshing to see such honesty. My system is 15 years old, so eventually it will need replaced. He will definitely get the business when the time comes. I highly recommend him.

Extremely clean and organized, quiet (no loud obnoxious music) while working, didn't cut corners, not a bull slinger. Fully insured,knowledgeable, help me remove my old furnace, saved me money by allowing ME to remove all the old oil furnace and radiators,etc. giving me tips how to do it fast and easy.
Description of Work: Installed all new gas line from where it comes into the house to the manifold, installed new gas line to my stove, new gas hot water heater and lines,new high effiency gas furnace,and new a/c.
