Job went very well overall. Only issue still unresolved is damaged aluminum rain gutter on roof that was damaged and never repaired as agreed.

We could not be happier. We wanted a tree removed and they cut it down and removed the stump. Had some thinning out of dead branches done. Two trees in the back needed to be thinned out and lower limbs removed. It was done quickly and RJ made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. The whole crew worked quickly and they even cut up the bigger limbs into logs for our future fire pit. Excellent work and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Crew did an excellent job, no damage to adjacent structures or landscaping. Job was done on day promised in the rain.

The owner and his assistant came to the house as scheduled and performed the work as quoted. He advised me about the cherry tree that has several issues and provided a ball-park estimate on interim measures to prolong the inevitable--taking the tree down. Cleanup of the debris was done very satisfactorily. I appreciate that the owner did not attempt to sell me more service than I needed. He honored both the coupon I had and the Senior Discount offered.

Trimmed trees and cleaned up. Professional job.

They were quick and neat- I called in the morning, they came out and gave an estimate, and an hour later they did the trimming. They answered my questions about some of my other trees, and did not try to talk me into any other trimming. I was very impressed!

They did a good job. The clean up was good. They were quick.

Star Tree and Ray (the owner) were very knowledgeable and came up with good solution to fallen tree. Due to location, had to return with 4-man crew, bucket truck, etc... they guys were able to cut down the fallen tree into 2 foot sections so we could keep and season for firewood. They also pruned back several large branches from second tree in front yard to prevent these branches from falling on roof. We agreed to handle clean-up of debris to keep cost down. The workers were efficient and professional and my husband and I were pleased with how quickly they were able to get the job done since an ice storm was forecast for that very evening! Great job, fair price and these guys know what they are doing - five stars for Star Tree(no pun intended)!

I spoke with the owner's wife. The trucks rolled in as promised. They had a great crew cleaning the aftermath following the chipping of the leaves and limbs. They were extremely courteous as they came to the door asking me to close my windows so the exhaust from the chipper would not be in the house. I plan to use Star Tree Service for future tree removal.

Went well. They were well equipped and knew what they were doing. Very pleased with work. Would have had more of trees removed but were happy our neighbors recognized there was a problem and allowed us to have the work done. Would definitely use again,

I had a ton of branches that had fallen on my yard cleaned up. They did a really good job and were very punctual. They got the job done really fast. They were able to do exactly what we had agreed to. They also recommended some steps to follow to keep my lawn looking good.
