Matt and his team did an absolutely amazing job building our dream home! He is approachable and listens to any concerns or questions one may have. The construction timeline stayed true to expectations and with little to no issues along the way. We are quite pleased with the overall work and continue to enjoy our new space!

We have a fairly extensive renovation planned, likely upward of $50,000 or more, and wanted to entertain several bids. Mr. Krol took about a week to return my call, with a reasonable excuse, and showed up on time on the agreed upon date. He was very polite and professional, and spent a good amount of time looking at the basement and tossing around ideas. We had to stress a couple of points because I felt like on a few issues he was looking for the easy way, not the creative way, to meet our wish list. Overall, we were pleased and looked forward to hearing his official quote. He told us we would hear from him in "about a week, week and a half". That was almost two months ago. We never heard from him again. No email, phone call, note on the front door - nothing. We are taking our project and our business elsewhere. I don't know if the job was too big, or what the reason was, but at this point I feel like I dodged a bullet, because this is not the behavior I would expect from someone with whom I am entrusting such a large investment.

Actually he never started it. He has been dragging this out. He drew up blue prints and everything and then kept promising to get it started but he never did. Now we have to start completely over and find another contractor. He gave us a quote and a blue print. He kept saying that he would start after the 4th of July, and our daughter is getting married in October. He kept saying that he would have the whole thing done before our daughter’s wedding. Then when I called him he did not return my phone calls. Actually last week we e-mailed them and said that either to start it soon or if he is not going to do it to let us know. We have not received any response from them. We first started getting in contact with him for this work in January because we thought if we get all the blue print and the estimate done that we could start in the spring. That did not happen. Then he said he would start right after the 4th of July. Then we called and he did not get back. It was weeks before he called us back. He quoted about $100,000 and his pricing was not bad. He came out, measured stuff, brought us blue prints and he sent us estimates but then every time we were ready to start we never heard from him. He has not responded. A couple of months ago I called him 3 times and he did not return my phone calls. Then I called somebody else and they called him, then he called and apologized and said that he was really busy. Then the last time I called him he did not respond. He did not respond to our e-mail which we send him last Thursday. We will not use this company again.
