Description of Work: I would be very wary of using this guy. He seems like a decent guy when he comes to provide an estimate, but he doesn't finish the work or doesn't do it correctly. Do your research! I'm glad I read some reviews on him before we went ahead using him for our project!

 + -1 moreI called this company after looking at their website and on their profile here. On their website, it clearly lists my neighborhood as an area they service. When asked where I lived, however, I was bluntly told, "Yeah. We're in the South Hills. That's not in our area." I tried to politely advise him that he was actively advertising as working in my neighborhoods, which was a large reason for my call, I was told again, "that's not an area we service." No apology, no concern for false advertisement...just a 'no, we don't go there.' If you do not service a neighborhood, do not have it specifically listed on your website as an area serviced by your "quality landscaping." If your "quality advertising" and "quality customer service" are any indication of your "quality landscaping," I think it's a good thing this company does not service my area, after all. The company refutes that this is a result of company confusion. 1. I am not in the North Hills, nor was that ever stated in the conversation. 2. The phone number I called was directly off of the website threeriverslandscape.com, which clearly states this company services my neighborhood. 3. The website threeriverslandscaping.com is a website for a company in Virginia, so I would not have called them to begin with.

Description of Work: This company keeps changing their name and contact number to avoid being confronted about their terrible business practices and service. My original review is under "ANDRESKY'S THREE RIVERS LANDSCAPE & DESIGN". The owner refuses to fix any of our issues, even with a 10 year warranty that was agreed to and signed. Our patio is sinking in several spots, and was installed so poorly that entire blocks break off under normal walking pressure. We've had people fall due to loose/breaking blocks. Doug Andresky never returned calls, and eventually changed his number to avoid us finding him. Avoid this man and his business at all costs. I have considered small claims court, but don't think it would help. Even Angie's List tried to arbitrate our issues, and were unable to locate the owner.

Description of Work: Spring cleanup of front yard, mulching, and removal of two dying ornamental shrub trees.

 + -1 moreThe only negative thing was it was sometimes difficult to reach this company. I found it was most useful to call his cell phone, but once he arrived, he was absolutely professional. I would warmly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Doug planted three Cleveland pear trees, removed four decorative plum trees, and planted one maple tree.
