Todd was excellent with his communication, from beginning to end. He patiently answered questions and concerns. I was one of three asphalt driveways resurfaced in my neighborhood. The workers were all courteous and I was pleased with the result. There were a few minor concerns following completion that were immediately rectified to our satisfaction. A great job for a great price!!

I was one of three neighbors getting a resurface of an asphalt driveway. Todd provided excellent communication from beginning to end. He always responded in a timely fashion. He & the workers were courteous & listened to our concerns. We had a few minor issues after the work was initially completed, but they returned quickly & rectified all to our satisfaction. I would hire Todd & his crew again without hesitation.

I hired Todd and Peyton Trucking and Construction as they had positive reviews on Angi and had pictures of jobs that looked of quality caliber. The job got delayed due to weather and I was not able to be present when they finished as I had to travel for work. Todd called to let me know that they were done and sent a couple of pictures requesting the full payment. When I arrived home, I was horrified of the job that was done as the pavement was very uneven and there were creases and cracks throughout. A stone step was left broken, the invisible (dog) fence was not reconnected after they cut it and they destroyed my yard in the back, dumping fill in a wooded area behind my house. Not only was the job bad, but the property was left a mess. Todd did come out and agree that they needed to redo it and planned to come back the following week. They came back and it looked slightly better, but still not a professional job. They never cleaned up the lawn that Todd said they would. They "pretended" to connect the invisible fence by burying each end of the wire, never fixed the step, damaged some blocks of the retaining wall (there is still asphalt caked between the bricks as they did not even try to clean it) and they buried a drain spout from my gutter under the asphalt, claiming they "did that on purpose as they installed a geo mat to run the water down the driveway" Which was false as water was backing up the drain and i had to remove the drainage spout. Additionally, as they were paving for and installing a basketball court, I purchased two in ground hoops that they were installing. They did not measure the hoops as not only were they not centered, but each hoop is not lined up with each other, they are off center by 2.5 feet. This basketball court was for my 3 year old daughter and not only was she sad to not have the court, but she can't even ride her scooter because it is so uneven.

The owner contacted me 40 minutes after posting. He arrived at my house 2 hours later. He measured the project and quoted me a price two ways, asphalt and concrete. The upgrade for concrete was reasonable, so that's what we went for. A few days later, we signed the contract with 1/3 down-payment. The crew arrived a few days later and demolition began. All work was completed within a reasonable time with only one rain day. We paid an additional 1/3 half way through and the final payment on the last day. Overall, we are pleased with the outcome. We do have two low spots that are holding rainwater. This won't be an issue once we build the carport. The owner gets an A for excellent and honest communication. The crew gets a B... a few no-shows, cellphone use and footprints on fresh concrete. Ours was a huge, complex and challenging concrete job. Peyton was able to pull it off and give us what we asked for!

Todd was very fast with communication, we told him what we wanted and he brought it to life, worked with our budget, we expected to wait 3 months to get it started and he started it 3 days after signing contract. Started first thing Monday morning and was finished Wednesday morning. Kept the work area extremely clean, no mess left behind. Kept me updated the entire way. Went above and beyond for us.

The work was good. They were polite, and nice, and did a good job.

Peyton construction came in, ripped out old driveway and put in new. Very pleasant and great to deal with. Will refer to anyone. Professional service. Great scheduling and great prices.

Todd and company were great! Did the job on time and on budget. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. If needed in the future, I'll be calling them back.
