+ 0 moreExtremely satisfied with all aspects of the renovation, from the initial call to the end of this project. Will be hiring them again to help with more renovations in the future. It wasn’t easy to find a contractor who seemed interested in work, let alone high quality, detailed work.
Description of Work: Removed weight bearing wall, removed headers. Replaced old windows and seals. Re-skimmed plaster ceilings. Removed carpeting and replaced with hardwood floors. Painted 4 rooms, closets and hallway. Remodeled side patio and added stoned pillar supports. Added customized cabinetry and butcher block top to our kitchen. Removed and installed new dishwasher.

He quickly submitted the quote and had no problems changing tasks around to help get the pricing to match our budget. Started on time and kept everything as clean as one would expect. Description of Work: Removed weight bearing wall, installed beam. Installed hardwood flooring, skimmed, plastered ceilings, repaired cracks in ceilings. Removed and installed new window. Removed and replaced all wood trimming and floor boards. Installed and painted new doors. Replaced front door. Painted interior. Removed old and installed new dishwasher. Rebuilt and enlarged cabinets for kitchen. Installed all new electrical outlets, switch's and lighting. Built and installed side patio including railings, columns and gutters.
