+ 1 moreWhat I liked about each stage, was that Matt checked with us to make sure that we were happy with the results before moving to the next phase. I am very pleased with the way everything turned out. The whole group was wonderful, friendly, and punctual! I will definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: They removed several old tree stumps and plants. They put in new landscaping in front of the house and put in three new birch trees. They also put in all new mulch and stone.

+ -1 moreMatt built a new wall in our back yard. The wall looks nice from a distance. However he put blocks that were chipped in the corners in several places in the wall. Two large chipped were pointed out to him by us and he tried to fix the chips. This was a new wall and we were paying an appropriate amount of money to expect a wall made of undamaged block. He then built stairs out of the cap blocks. The stairs looked horrendous!!!. Very unprofessional. Huge cracks around all the steps looked absolutely terrible. Matt appeared to be in such a hurry that quality did not seem important. My husband and I spend two days making the stair more presentable with fill and polymeric sand. If Matt had taken a little more time he could have done a professional looking job that would have gotten him a great review instead of a disappointing review.
Description of Work: A block wall in the back yard was removed. A new pinned retaining wall was built with stairs. Dirt fill was brought in to grade up to the wall. The top of the grade was flattened down against the wall so we could step out onto it.
