Hapchuck did a great job. They arrived on time, pumped the septic tank, then back flushed the walls of the tank with clean water and pumped out the backwash water. I was very impressed with the efforts of the Hapchuck employee; he really worked hard to make sure all solids were removed from the tank even though we have a very difficult access port (small diameter; tall riser).

Initially I called to inquire about pricing and availability at the office in West Newton or Washington....whichever one was listed on Angies List. I was told that the company could come in a day or two after we uncovered the access point of the tank. They had no problem coming to Gbg. After uncovering the access point, I called back to make appt. and was asked why I wasn't contacting the Hapchucks closer to Gbg and that they don't usually come to Gbg. It was like I was talking to a totally different person. However, I called the other Hapchucks and they were able to schedule an appt. within a couple of days. The service technician was very polite and professional and did a great job.

As usual everything went perfectly! Called this morning as it was full and desperate need of a pump out. They got us on the schedule and the driver was able to get to the house a little after 11 AM! The technician was wonderful and had a great sense of humor. He pumped out the tank and made sure the clean out was cleared. He also told me to power flush the toilets with 5 gallon buckets to assure that there wasn't any clogs in the line prior to cleaning up. Hapchuck is always a pleasant experience dealing with the unpleasantness of a septic pump out. Everyone from the office to the technicians have always been helpful, knowledgable and pleasant!

Good. I do not remember the cost at this time.

Service person showed up on time. Performed the job efficiently and tested results. Their truck did no damage to our landscaping.

Called steve and he arrived when he said he would. did the job and did it well and quick. steve is very respectful and professional. if you have a septic problem be smart and call hachuk inc.. great company!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Steve in particular. The price for the work and materials was more than fair.. Steve was great in explaining what they were doing and gave me excellent sugestions on how to maintain tank and drainage field I guarantee that any more work that may be needed will be done by this company. Oh by the way, did I mention that Steve was friendly, professional, and full of information.

The truck arrived on time and the driver began to run hose immediately. Once the hoses were connected, the driver began to vacuum the waste from the tank. It took approximately one half hour. The driver was pleasant and I learned a lot from the process.

The gentleman's name is Steve and he was excellent. He didn't done the work though I talked to him twice about it and we decided not to buy that particular house that we will gonna have the work done on. Without meeting, he come out to do an estimate,we talk over the telephone. I sent him the the blue print of the septic system. I would not hesitate to call him anytime again. In fact, if we ever buy a house for the septic system he is coming out to do the inspection because he is very thorough and he knew what he is talking about. I called for about 7 other companies and nobody does a thorough testing like he does.

We returned from vacation to find our tank full and no ability to flush. Many of the others wanted to come out 3 days later. We couldn't wait. Hapchuk was able to schedule for the next day and arrived promptly at the time provided. Quick and easy and back in service! Price is a little more than I have paid in the past since my tank is so small and hook up a breeze, but considering our circumstances, Hapchuk came through for us and we are happy campers!

They did a good job. They came out the next day after I called them.

Steve Brukner returned my call quickly and patiently answered all of my questions. He was honest and with his understanding of the system he provided valuable information that prevented me from making a very costly mistake. He even provided a written account of our conversation so that I would be able to have my hand money returned. For all of this I wasn't even charged. I will continue to use Hapchuk for my septic services in the future.

This is the second time we have called Hapchuk Sanitation. Both times, he came out the day that he was called. Ours was an emergency situation because it was ready to back into the house. He also recommended to us that we get our pump fixed; something he does not do. We really like his service - he is very thorough and does a great job. Very friendly man. We will use him in the future as the need arises. We were happy with his price as well.

Hapchuk responded in one day after being called. Because of the 80 yds from the end of my driveway to the septic tank, two trucks were required, the 2nd truck just for the extra hose. The work was performed quickly and with minimal disruption, but I was most impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of all the workers. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Got us straightened out. Years of experience. Gave us good advice on how best to maintain.

Showed up promptly, and did a good job, but seemed a little pricey though.

They were very easy to deal with as far as setting up the appointment. They gave me an accurate estimate and made sure I was aware that I needed to have the tank cover exposed when they got there. I got a call 20 minutes before arrival from the guy who was doing the work. He did a great job maneuvering a very large truck around very narrow city streets to get to the spot close to the septic tank.

The service was great. They had very competitive pricing and they do service my area which I found convenient. I wasn't here when they did the work, but they were able to get it accomplished. I did call them once because the septic tank had broke, and the man I spoke with on the phone was very nice.

They arrived on the day scheduled, Pumped the system and answered some questions on system care. This is the second time we have used this company. They have the cleanest trucks on the road!

They are very heroic. They have helped me under circumstances that I would not have expected anyone else to.

Very well. They are not the cheapest but are worth it.

Excellent...I called Hapchuck Septic Service on 3/15/12 and got an appointment for the very next day. No emergency...just wanted to get my septic system cleaned out. The service technician called before he left to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. I felt their price was quite fair and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again. As a former teacher, I would have to give them an A+! Thank you Hapchuck Septic Service for providing an essential service at a reasonable cost with professionalism!

We needed the septic tank excavated (it was 6-7 feet down) and drained at a house we had just recently moved into. It was completely filled and nominal water use would cause the basement floor drains to overfill and flood. I talked with Dave Simmons, their septic tank specialist, and explained our situation. After going over the details, he gave us an initial estimate of $1500-2000, explained that there was a and quot;call before you digand quot; issue he needed to deal with before proceeding, and that it would take three days to process before they could start work. Dave also apologized for the price, but since his people would be coming from Washington, PA, and weren't local, his prices would probably be higher. They had a local Penn Hills location and number listed on the Google search I had performed, which is why I called them. It turns out that it was and quot;convenienceand quot; number (their words) for people in my area, Since we were already dealing with this for many days, knew that there was no possibility of gas lines or other problems on our property, and had gotten lower estimates from local providers, we decided to pass on this company for this job. I do want to point out that this company came highly recommended by multiple sources and that Dave was very knowledgeable and took his time talking with me and understanding what we were dealing with. If we had been in a less demanding situation (time wise), I would have gone with them, even though their price was higher.

They came out the same day I called. I will use this company again for this service.

Everything was excellent. I was dealing with local people, which is why I was in need of someone else. Everyone else seemed to be overcharging. I talked to the owner on the initial phone call, which I thought was nice. It's impressive to have a boss answer his own phone. He spent about 20-25 minutes on the phone with me going over septic tanks.
