Description of Work: Our septic system would only work manually. The system is a 3 phase type, 1st holding tanks, the peat containers,to leach bed and another pump and tank. Checked total system out, 3 floats were bad, needed replaced,alarm and blinking light redone, wiring to upper pumps not in conduit, lower pump not hooked up to wiring, fixed all, answered many questions and concerns we had due to original business not doing the work the right way. We will definitely use Hapchuk again if needed, and will tell others to use. Steve and Cory was professional and efficient. They just left a couple hours ago, but we were very pleased, they explained everything and showed us what they did. Great Job Guys

Description of Work: Ryan was great. He inspected a septic system for us. We did not get the house thanks to him finding something illegal. Even after everything I have called him asking questions and let the sellers and realtor call with questions. He was awesome.

Description of Work: I called late one day to have my Septic Tank emptied. Mr. Hapchuk (I assume) was there before noon on the next day. He answered all of my questions and did the pumping. He was very careful of my landscaping. Not a service you need every day but it was nice to have someone come when they said they would. I have used this service before and the service level is consistently very good.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXTRAORDINARILY FAST. I THINK THEY CHARGED US $500 TO HAVE THE TANKS EMPTIED (WE'LL BE GOOD FOR 5 YEARS WITHOUT HAVING THEM EMPTIED AGAIN). I THINK WE PAID $1500 FOR A NEW SUMP PUMP, INSTALLATION, LABOR AND REMOVAL OF THE OLD PUMP.
