+ -1 moreVery well. Provider was punctual and completed everything asked. We have never had do much as a blip in service. Picture on all hd channels particularly versus is phenomenal.

+ -1 moreDish has been very responsive to our needs. While some problems have developed like a defective remote control and a defective satellite receiver, Dish has taken care of these problems in a friendly and expedient manner. Although we were told we would lose reception in rain storms and snow storms, such interruptions have been extremely infrequent and of short duration, unlike the many problems we previously experienced with our prior cable provider. Although we had one instance of a Dish Technician hanging up on us, upon bringing this to Dish's attention, we received an email apology and our technical problem was resolved.
Description of Work: After several unsatisfactory experiences with our previous cable provider, we obtained our television service from Dish Network.
