+ -1 moreCalled at 8:20am. Received info on what might be the problem and when I'd expect to hear when service would be received. Before 11am, received call back to schedule. By 11:30am, service performed - determined bolt was cracked and needed to be replaced. Paid reasonably-priced service fee and replacement part.

+ -1 moreChipps Locksmith Service did a good job making my keys. They all work, which is not always the case for other key makers. They were very responsive, coming out quickly. I told them I need copies for the keys and they didn't even charge me extra for that.
Description of Work: I locked myself out of my motor home and he came and picked the lock. Then he made two sets of keys of all seven keys of the motor home.
