I cannot believe how relieved I am. I could not have chosen a better company. The salesman, Kris Weaver, was so kind and patient, explaining EVERYTHING. The crew that came to do the repairs - Norm, Jonathan R., and Brock were hard working, didn't waste time, explained processes and cleaned up thoroughly. Had I known that I would be so pleased, I would have called Baker's long ago.

Robert Massaro Came out and inspected my basement. I had some Water coming in from the outside to my basement. Robert came out, was very kind and presentable. He took the time to explain what was causing the water to get in and explain how and what options I had to fix the issue he was never rushed to get in and get out. He took the time to educate me and how things work. He broke down the cost of each thing they had to do An offer different kinds of options to pay for the work. He offered great financial options that are available if unable to pay upfront the cost. I thought the price for the work I needed was reasonable and wanted to agree to the work After he was done, explaining everything and giving The total price. I am married, so I need to make sure the wife is good with everything So we can proceed which I’m sure she will. But overall Five Stars to Robert.

They put a French drain in our basement. 1 worker dropped a baggie with couple roaches and small amount of pot in it. My grandkids or dogs could have gotten it. They acted like. No big deal. They did this a year ago. Supposed to come back after a year to inspect it. They are very non accommodating, as far as doing that. And to this day have not been back to check it.

They worked fast and got everything done quickly and cleaned up afterwards.

Crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, were professional, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job Colson, Norm, and Riley.

David came out for the inspection and checked the garage for stability along with the driveway. Garage was fine. Mark, Tyree and Hayden leveled and stabilized the driveway along with the front door stoop and steps. They also did the needed concrete repair and caulking. All were pleasant, professional and friendly and all issues with the front stoop and driveway have been eliminated. Good job. Thanks.

The crew Dave Allen and Vince Belleggia arrived on time and we’re very professional. They completed the job quickly and answered all questions prior to leaving. They cleaned up after themselves and addressed any concerns prior to leaving.

The team did an excellent job. Rich, Cameron, Hue, and Clayton were great to work with on the project. They were even able to remove and replace the sections of grass outside like pieces of sod. The work looks great and is well secured.

Tony came and did a full inspection and walk around the house. He explained everything to me in simple terms so I can understand it. I’m excited for them to fix my leaky basement.

The house we had waterproofed had a really bad water intrusion problem when we purchased it. The Bakers team of Theron, Roger and Gunner did the work and did a great job. The system has thus far performed as expected with no problems whatsoever. After an initial Covid-related scheduling delay on our part and one on their part, we got this scheduled, and the work was done promptly, and finished ahead of schedule. I'm a structural engineer, and I run into this kind of issue often in my consulting practice, so there was no hesitation in hiring them. I did obtain other quotes, but Bakers quote was competitive and based on my past experience I hired them.

The crew was on time and very professional about the work. Bill Rose, Cliff Mitchel and Adam Brozik took the the time to evaluate any issues that they came upon and were very detailed in explaining how they were resolving the problem. They were great to work with and I recommend Bakers for any french drain or water displacement projects.

Anthony, Hieu and Allen arrived on time, began work immediately. Finished all of the work they were contracted to perform quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up before they left. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will hire again.

Getting an interior French drain is not fun but the crew was professional, punctual, communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and completed the work quickly. Martin, Mike S., and Jakob did a great job. Most importantly, I'm not having to mop up puddles in my basement every time it rains now. I've dealt with other contractors who don't return calls, don't show up when they say they will, or magically "forget" things they originally committed they would do. Baker's is responsive and took care of my problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a wet basement!

Bakers is amazing! From the moment I scheduled the free inspection through the minute the workers left there was only professionalism, respect and attention to detail. Seth Adams gave us a detailed inspection and explaimed our options. A week later Robbie Kennedy, Charlene Taylor, amd Norm Baker showed up early and worked until after dark. They completed a three day job in two days and turned my basement into a completely different place. No more moisture, no more water leaking in, no more worries. I am so impressed and would recommend Bakers to anyone interested in fixing their basement.

I haven't got the work done yet but Jesse Pitcock was the inspector who came out and gave me an estimate. He was wonderful and very thorough. He gave me the very lowest cost estimate possible to fix my problem. He was very honest and helpful to me. He knew I didn't have much of a budget to work with and gave me excellent advise, offering financing etc. I would reccomend him and his company to others to do the work. I give him 5 stars. Very professional, but retaining walls are not what the company specializes in.

Our entire experience with Baker's Waterproofing was marked with professionalism, a customer-first attitude, and attention to detail resulting in a thorough job well done. Our initial evaluation with John Beck was incredibly thorough as he explained every step of the process as well as explaining how the products and materials that they use set them apart from the competition. The installation by Jacob Massie, Matt and Anthony was also a very pleasant experience. They took the time to minimize any dust and debris as they worked in the basement. Jacob also went over every detail of the work completed as well as the functionality of the new pump. I would definitely recommend Baker's for your basement waterproofing needs.

They gave me thorough explanation and inspection on what needs to be done. I can't afford them but they were very good.

Martin and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were careful to explain everything, were pleasant on site and seemed to truly care about the customer and the results.

Baker's expertly installed interior french drains and a sump-pump system in the basement of my house. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was done on time and on budget with no issues. The worksite was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend you ask for Charlie, Aden, and Jim as the crew to do your job.

The overall experience was good from initial assessment of the wall damage and laser inspection to determine foundation settlement through installation of the recommended repairs. Tony, who did the inspections, recommended the repairs, and provided the proposal for the repair, was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the repair options. He also provided detail documents, drawings/specifications on the repair systems recommended which was important for me. I had three other contractors provide recommendations and quotes. Baker's stood out relative to their comprehensive approach to solving the problems, the design of the systems, piers and anchors, and the cost. The work crews showed up on the scheduled days and times and worked hard. The job was completed in two days as planned. I did have a couple issues with the work crews, which were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. One issue was over the installation of two wall anchor rods in a confined space. The crew chief proposed alternate attachment of the anchor channel that was inconsistent with contract and what Baker's had recommended. I rejected the proposed change and after the crew chief checked with Baker's the work was done as originally contracted. The second issue involved the installation of the channels. I had checked the first two wall anchors and they looked good initially. Subsequently, after the crew had left, I reviewed the installation in detail with the anchor system drawings. I found that the wrong washer plates had been installed. The smaller washers that had been installed were inadequate and would not provide the strength to stabilize the wall. I complained to Baker's and requested immediate repair/replacement of the washers in accordance with the contract and drawings. Baker's responded quickly and agreed to correct the conditions. The work was done in a couple of days and I was completely satisfied. I would advise customers to request the details of the proposed work to be done including drawings of parts to be installed and do a detailed check of the completed work. In my case, I am not certain that the crew picked up the wrong parts or the correct parts were not available. In any event, my concerns were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The work crews and others were friendly, respectful, and good to work with. I would recommend Baker's with my cautionary note to check the installation hardware. Photographs shows correct and incorrect washer plates. The channel with the small washer was also replaced because of the poorly cut slot. The slot did not fit up with the threaded rod and was modified at work site. As you can see, a very sloppy job. The channel was replace along with the correct plates. One other note, Baker's provides a lifetime warranty on the stability of the wall in the contract that is transferable if you sell your home. The contract includes a cost to transfer the warranty. I challenged this added cost and was told that they were surprised that there was a transfer cost. I added a change to the contract to remove this cost and Baker's agreed. I was shocked to learn that the workers were not aware of what was in their own company contracts. I would recommend that future customers have this cost removed from the contract. Competitor do not include a cost to transfer the warranty.

Im a very happy customer! Baker's staff across all steps from estimating and assessing the work, communication from their central office for scheduling and questions, and field staff who performed the work are all great! Each specializes and excels in an effective teamwork manner. Best part though is the end product, workmanship is outstanding. Highest recommendations here, awesome company.
