Baker's expertly installed interior french drains and a sump-pump system in the basement of my house. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was done on time and on budget with no issues. The worksite was left clean and tidy. I highly recommend you ask for Charlie, Aden, and Jim as the crew to do your job.

The overall experience was good from initial assessment of the wall damage and laser inspection to determine foundation settlement through installation of the recommended repairs. Tony, who did the inspections, recommended the repairs, and provided the proposal for the repair, was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the repair options. He also provided detail documents, drawings/specifications on the repair systems recommended which was important for me. I had three other contractors provide recommendations and quotes. Baker's stood out relative to their comprehensive approach to solving the problems, the design of the systems, piers and anchors, and the cost. The work crews showed up on the scheduled days and times and worked hard. The job was completed in two days as planned. I did have a couple issues with the work crews, which were quickly resolved to my satisfaction. One issue was over the installation of two wall anchor rods in a confined space. The crew chief proposed alternate attachment of the anchor channel that was inconsistent with contract and what Baker's had recommended. I rejected the proposed change and after the crew chief checked with Baker's the work was done as originally contracted. The second issue involved the installation of the channels. I had checked the first two wall anchors and they looked good initially. Subsequently, after the crew had left, I reviewed the installation in detail with the anchor system drawings. I found that the wrong washer plates had been installed. The smaller washers that had been installed were inadequate and would not provide the strength to stabilize the wall. I complained to Baker's and requested immediate repair/replacement of the washers in accordance with the contract and drawings. Baker's responded quickly and agreed to correct the conditions. The work was done in a couple of days and I was completely satisfied. I would advise customers to request the details of the proposed work to be done including drawings of parts to be installed and do a detailed check of the completed work. In my case, I am not certain that the crew picked up the wrong parts or the correct parts were not available. In any event, my concerns were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. The work crews and others were friendly, respectful, and good to work with. I would recommend Baker's with my cautionary note to check the installation hardware. Photographs shows correct and incorrect washer plates. The channel with the small washer was also replaced because of the poorly cut slot. The slot did not fit up with the threaded rod and was modified at work site. As you can see, a very sloppy job. The channel was replace along with the correct plates. One other note, Baker's provides a lifetime warranty on the stability of the wall in the contract that is transferable if you sell your home. The contract includes a cost to transfer the warranty. I challenged this added cost and was told that they were surprised that there was a transfer cost. I added a change to the contract to remove this cost and Baker's agreed. I was shocked to learn that the workers were not aware of what was in their own company contracts. I would recommend that future customers have this cost removed from the contract. Competitor do not include a cost to transfer the warranty.

Very professional. Thought we might be able to have work done early, so they kept checking back when openings became available to see if an earlier time would work for us. They were very honest in their quote and didn't include work that another company had recommended. I would use them again.

The work was done on time and in professional manner. Foundation repair worked and corrected the problem.

Baker's staff across all steps from estimating and assessing the work, communication from their central office for scheduling and questions, and field staff who performed the work are all great! Each specializes and excels in an effective teamwork manner. Best part though is the end product, workmanship is outstanding. Highest recommendations here, awesome company.

Their service advisor Tony was extremely professional, honest, on time, and knowledgeable. He , answered all of our questions, explained what the root cause of our problem was, and the best way to go about fixing it properly.

We moved into a new house this past fall knowing we would need a wall repair with anchors. I called Baker’s to ask if they could help! That evening they sent out Jon M who was a fantastic help with the process. Explained everything in detail, showed us what needed to be done, gave us the right price amount, set us up with the appointment and a few weeks later we had a new wall! Whenever Ive had questions with anything even to this day Jon has always been able to answer any questions and even get paperwork together that we needed. The guys who came to do the work were very nice explained what needed done did it in a timely manner and did a really good job! Thanks Baker’s!!!

Kris was the estimator and did a good job to understand the property's need. Theron was the crew chief and Roger was his assistance. Both installers did an amazing job and completed the entire work in just 2 days. I would DEFINITELY recommend Bakers Waterproofing again.

It went great! Rick Rupp and Luke P came to do the work on 11/11/20 and were punctual in their arrival. Rick was clearly the senior person of the two and did most of the technical work. Rick was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and an extremely hard worker. Both guys were very professional, easy to get along with, and tolerant of my numerous dumb questions. (I'm a CPA by background, so this stuff doesn't come naturally!) They first installed a plastic curtain across the back of the garage to contain the concrete dust while they jackhammered out the concrete along the back wall. After installing the sub-floor drainage system and routing it into an existing sump pump in our main garage (which had been previously installed by Bakers back in 2009), Rick did a very neat and thorough job of installing their CleanSpace wall system (to ensure that any future moisture is properly routed to the new drainage system) and then troweling the new concrete surface. As had been agreed with our salesperson, Justin Lowden (another good and professional guy), they also redirected our furnace drainage into their new system. Their entire work area was cleaned, and they ensured my acceptance of all installation and clean-up work before they left. I honestly couldn't have been more impressed with the customer satisfaction focus of both Rick and Luke! They worked well together and there were no issues. If you have the need for these kinds of services, I would very strongly recommend Bakers Waterproofing. I would definitely hire them again, but certainly hope I don't have to!!

Awesome job! Had estimates done by four companies. Everyone uses the same principle. Baker was done for less without the pushing “buy now or burn in ****” attitude that some salesmen (and women) had. The Russian chic from one of the other companies was guaranteeing way too much. When I called her company to verify, found out she was doing a play of words...what most folks call “lying”. Bakers did less cutting of the basement floor than what others wanted to do, again same principle less construction. Had a couple nice rains since install and no water. I chose to overkill with the triple pump for my own peace of mind. Mike & Rob installed the system and was very professional even after banging their heads off of the radiator heater pipes numerous times. Sorry guys, new HVAC next spring. Ran out of time because of the China flu. I also elected to have the wall wrap done, looks awesome. Basement is now livable. I’m glad the previous owners did not have Bakers do work or the house would have cost double in price.

Workers came back to fix the French drain that they had put in. They were very polite and apologized for it not being done properly the first time I'm very pleased with the work they did in my basement.

Rich and Cliff were awesome! They came on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned it up. They treated our home as if it were theirs. The were respectful, answered our questions, and explained how to use the pump. We couldn't have asked for a better crew! Baker's Water Proofing, in general, was a good fit for our job. From Jon Mitchell explaining the process during his sales process, to Drew and Gavin the installers, to Monique in the office, Baker's Waterproofing is a professional waterproofer whom I would highly recommend. They were all polite, efficient, and coordinated with the borough inspection authorities very well.

WENT VERY WELL. DREW and GAVIN Arrived on time with all of the necessary equipment and supplies. They consulted with us in detail to be sure that they would produce exactly the result that we wanted. Once they started I was impressed by the energy that they put into carving out the necessary channels and adding the piping etc.. . These guys are PRO's! Everything met with our requirements. When the project was finished Drew and Gavin did a great job in cleaning up . We are very happy with the results.!

Both Theron and Brian were extremely nice and very informative. The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. The clean up after the work was impressive, I couldn't have done better myself. I was scheduled for 2 day project to install sub-pump and they did the job in 1 day. They were amazing and I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing to my friends specifically Theron and Brian!!

The crew arrived on time each day and completed the job as quoted. The crew was very friendly and kept me informed of the progress as the job progressed.. The work was neat and they cleaned up what little mess was made. I was impressed how well the crew worked together as well as the steady pace.

Charlie Good and Colson did a great job and worked hard!! He called before they came, were punctual, had all the tools to do the job, cleaned up afterwards, answered all my questions, showed me how to work the torque wrench, and were friendly. I will be calling about getting my concrete sidewalks lifted. I didnt know Bakers did that. I saw it on the truck. I showed Charlie my sidewalks and he explained the process to me. Very happy with the job! Charlie n crew deserve the Wow award! Great Bakers employees to be proud of!

We live in a 115-year-old house that presented many waterproofing challenges, from a crawl space under a new addition, to both dirt and concrete floors, and to aging foundation walls. We had received a professional estimate from Baker's Waterproofing before the work began. As any project goes, a few complications were discovered throughout the repair. Foreman Ken Kahlbaugh addressed each issue as they came up and provided a workable solution for all of them, as well as what additional costs would be involved. While working Ken and his assistant Rick Rupp arrived on time every day and worked in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the end result. , and our basement is now dry and useable for storage. I would recommend Baker's Waterproofing to anyone.

Follow up. It seemed ok but then we noticed gaps in the corners of our basement were they had used duct tape to keep the mitered corners of their Water Guard System instead of the corner pieces they showed us in their phamplet that would be used. The sand mix they used is only a 1/4 inch thick and is cracking already. They sold us three sump pumps and said it was required to get the warranty but the third pump is only connected to a small portion of the basement. They came to our house to talk about the issues but it was useless and an insult to our intelligence. The rep talks a lot about his house and OSHA specifications and how the system is engineered but it is clear that most of it is sales pitch. He actually tried to say it is cause it is winter time and is the reason the pump has no water and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him in how the installers did the work. How much rain have we had in the last two weeks. It poured for two days after they installed. Very poor craftmanship. Left concrete stains on our asphalt driveway. I have worse humidity in areas of my basement than before the work. I also was dumb enough to get sold a dehumidifier that doesn't do what they said it would. One rep told us we would get mold on the block behind their plastic wall system and and the other says it is warranted not to happen. We were sold and paid 15k to have the work done. Even if they paid what vfc we paid them for materials and they only charged us on labor we paid minimum 250 to 300 dollars an hour labor for the poor craftmanship. When I showed the rep the poor quality he said I am not sure what you want me to do.i ended up asking him to leave several times.
