Everything went very well from start to finish. Al was very timely, professional and friendly during the estimation process, the cost of the move was definitely reasonable and all aspects well explained, the office personnel were courteous and responsive and Scott and his crew on the truck were great! The guys were friendly, courteous, professional and very careful with everything. No damages of any kind and a job well done! I have already referred All Ways movers to a friend of mine who used them with the same results. Although I don't look forward to moving again, If I need to I will definitely call All Ways Movers.

The company was efficient in packing, moving, and in their timing so that NOTHING was damaged in the process. Everyone was very pleasant even considering the event was conducted in the pouring rain and mud!

Everything was great! The movers were on time for everything! The went above and beyond with all my requests! The put together all of my furniture and set it up exactly how I wanted it! They were very professional and my quote was accurate. I highly recommend Allways Moving and Storage!

We went with All Ways because in every interaction they impressed us as being a high-integrity company with experienced men at the helm. Also, they get many A reviews because they have done right by other clients. We were not disappointed. The moving men were as proficient as we had hoped, treating each piece and each box with respect and care. We were paying hourly, as local moves are billed, yet they moved quickly. We were impressed with their efficiency throughout. Somehow they also managed to stuff our furniture in to a limited-space storage unit. Niw, about price: All Ways sends a representative to the house in advance to see what you have to be moved and estimate a cost. Their estimate was about in the middle range in comparison to other company quotes, not the lowest or highest. However, these experienced, efficient movers got everything done so fast that the price we ended up paying was considerably lower than the price we expected to pay. With that and the care they showed handling our belongings, we knew we made the right decision going with All Ways. We expected to pay more to get the best; instead, because we got the best we ended up paying less and spending less hours on the move. Thanks once again Angie's List.

I am sad that contacting this company did not go as anticipated. Based on the solid reviews, I was looking forward to working with them. Unfortunately, when I called, they were unable to do a quote over the phone and could not send someone out for 8 days. I explained that I had a baby due in 6 days and asked if I could be called that morning to confirm, in the event we were still in the hospital. I was trying to be honest up front so no one would waste their time. The woman said that was not possible and that I could call back once we were home. I reminded her that we were looking to move within a month, so if I waited to contact when I got home from the hospital and then had to wait an additional 7+ days for the estimate, we would be looking at getting a quote a week before our desired move in. She said that was all they could do. I understand this is a different situation, but I was more perplexed that a company wouldn't understand the restraints being put on us making us wait until we were less than a week away from a move to get a quote.

I found All ways on Angies list, I called them and another company to compare quotes a week before needing to move. I went with always because their rate was better and they didnt try to up the rate for a weekend move. I placed my $100 over the phone and they had an appraisal come out and give me a better estimate for the move. He estimated it would take 6 hours to load and unload (which i thought was reasonable) and they charged me the full estimate and said they will credit me back if it went shorter. On moving day they knocked it all out in 3.5 hours! They worked very carefully and very efficiently. No broken items, no marks on the wall (even with narrow stairs and turns in both my old house and new). I am very happy with their service and will use them again. On a side note, before i moved out of my current home, i had to move my girlfriend out of her apartment and move her stuff into my garage. I thought i would save some money renting a UHAUL, and finding some guys to help on craigslist. Long story short, i ended up paying just as much i did on this move and it was about half the stuff, plus I had to unload the items myself! I'll never do that again, I will always call All Ways! ;)

The All Ways team was great. They came in under their estimate for a 4 br House local move: 5.5 hours completed with the original estimate at 7 hours. The team was professional, courteous, and efficent. While I hope I won't have to move for a long time, I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome experience from start to finish!!!Had first the sales representatives come to my home to evaluate what needed to be moved. The sales representatives were very kind and thorough, they explained in detail how their rates work and what work would be preformed. I was under a tight constraint to move and they were able to fit me into their schedule. The day of the move the movers were to be at my home between 8-9 which they arrived right at 8:15 and got straight to work. The movers took very good precautions on protecting my floors and stair cases on both ends. All the movers were very professional kind and courteous. I definitely will use All Ways Moving again in the future and with no hesitation recommend them to others.

All Ways Moving & Storage provided superior service. The person that came to do the estimate in advance of the move was very informative and helpful. The crew that performed the move was outstanding. The guys had a great attitude, worked well as a team, and made our move a much less stressful experience than we ever imagined it would be. We were moving into a custom home that we built through a general contractor, and as a result we had many different experiences observing the quality of individual workers and work crews. All Ways was head and shoulders above every other service provider during our building and moving project. Not only was their price reasonable, but the quality of their work was fantastic. We really can't say enough good things about the moving crew. They were personable, had positive attitudes, were great at what they did, and before leaving made sure they had done everything we wanted them to do. I wholeheartedly recommend All Ways Moving & Storage to anyone planning a move.

I honestly have mixed feelings. Everything went well at first--the office staff whom I interacted with during my initial call was very nice. Al was the estimator who visited my home and he was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Although I had a much lower bid from another moving company, I had a better feeling about All Ways given my interactions with them thus far and the company's solid reputation. As promised, the afternoon before the move I received a courtesy call letting me know that the crew would arrive between 8:30-9:30 am the next morning. On moving day, the four young men arrived right on time at 8:40 am and throughout the entire day I was impressed by their efficiency. The whole move ended up being two hours shorter than estimated and everything seemed fine...until after they left and I noticed a number of scratches and broken items. My piano, for example, had a noticeable scratch on the front and was rocking from side to side. I fully understand that some breakage is to be expected, but I have had three long distance and four local moves under my belt, including one from out of the country, and in this case there was far more damage than I would have expected for a local move. There were other instances of seeming carelessness as well. When my treadmill was moved out of my previous residence, there was some noticeable damage to the door frame. At the new house, I asked them to leave my treadmill in the garage for the time being as the room it's supposed to go into would not be ready for two weeks, and they let the heavy treadmill sit right on top of its own cord causing a small slit. Luckily, the cord still works, but it could have been worse. All in all, I had a very mixed experience. There was a lot to like about All Ways Moving, and I feel like this must be an isolated incident as I see no other reviewer having the same issues I did, but I was definitely not satisfied with the end result.

We got our estimate from Al, who was professional and friendly. Our mover was Andy and several other guys. They were great. They were on time (maybe even a few minutes early), and got right to business. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were professional, courteous and extremely efficient. We didn't have any damage, or any nicks any walls. They were also very good about making sure things were where we wanted them to go in our new home. They finished early, and were very appreciative of the pizza and snacks we provided during the move. I highly recommend All Ways. In my experience, you get what you pay for when it comes to movers.

It went well. They arrived promptly at 8:30a on both days and worked efficiently. In contrast to the last time I used them 2 years ago, there wasn't a clear foreman on the job this time. Seemed like they were a little more professional when there was a clear leader the previous job, but otherwise no real complaints. They got the job done in under the estimated time and the price came down accordingly. No damage to the items or the house, so that's a plus as well. Customer service with folks back at headquarters was always pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely continue to recommend them as a go-to moving company in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Arrived early and completed move earlier than expected. Very courteous and professional.

Overall the move went very well. Everyone was professional, courteous and a hard worker. They were a little understaffed so it took 13 hours to load the truck. Had some minimal damage (few dishes, large ceramic planter). This was minor and understandable but we were frustrated with a misunderstanding on the insurance. Insurance coverage by the carrier is very, very minimal. Since all of our belongings are in that truck, we felt a need to purchase the additional insurance, which ranges from $0 to $1,000 deductible. We purchased the most expensive $0 deductible with the thought that we would not have to worry about anything. However, we found out later that it does NOT cover anything packed by us (which was the vast majority of things). Had we understood this, we obviously would have re-considered the additional insurance purchase. Moving can be a stressful time and it is important to make sure you understand all the details.

The 6 men that came to our house were the most polite, hard working men I have yet to encounter. Everyone of those men did not stop all day, until we bought them lunch and told them to take a break while they ate. We will definitely recommend them to other people who are in need of movers. Very pleasant experience.

Everyone at All Ways was very professional, prompt and hard working. From getting the quote and details worked out before the move to the actual move itself, we had nothing but great service. For the move, we packed our own boxes but they loaded and unloaded EVERYTHING from the house to the truck in NC and into the new house in PA. They were very careful with all items, wrapping furniture, taking things apart and putting them back perfectly, caring for both houses and not banging any walls or anything. They set up everything exactly where we wanted in the new place. We just had to unpack the boxes (you can have them to all the packing and unpacking but we decided to do that ourselves to save a little). Jason and the crew we had worked so hard and were very helpful through the whole move. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move locally or state to state.

Offce personel were friendly and thorough in the planning stage. Estimator clearly explained all of the costs. Workers were clean, polite and very helpful. They immediately introduced themselves. They took care to wrap the furniture to prevent damage and packed large items in padded boxes. At the facility, they were mindful of the other residents need to use the elevator during meal time. We have used All Ways several times in the past, and will continue to fo so.

The estimate experience was pleasant and they were competitive, reasonable and thorough. The packing experience was not to expectations as it took much longer on day two than expected which caused a very late night for us. The delivery of our belongings was delayed until the very last day of the delivery window due to the driver's personal schedule which was not appreciated. On the brighter side, the crews were pleasant, the boxes were mostly placed in the appropriate rooms in our new home, and so far the packing and labeling of boxes has been great. We have had worse moving experiences but hoped that this one would have gone better than it did.

It went great, from initial estimate to finishing the move. They were definitely the most professionals of the movers I contacted, taking care to keep all floors clean and all furniture undamaged. As far as we could tell, there wasn't a single scratch. I was also impressed with their speed and efficiency--they actually finished more quickly than the estimate, and the cost was thus cheaper than projected. This was a first in my experience. Finally, the guys were friendly and polite. Writing this review almost 2 years later after I realized I'd forgotten to review All Ways back when they did the move. Finally remembered because I'm about to hire them again for the next move.

Had prompt response to my email inquiry. Had a thorough walk thru to provide an estimate. We almost needed to change the moving date and while we were nervous their office staff was very calm, kind and flexible to address our challenge. They even arrived early the day of the move to help us manage a change in a closing meeting. The staff of 6 movers were professional and worked very hard.

The initial quote was provided by Al. He came to the house and provided a pretty accurate estimate for moving everything in our house. We had to reschedule once as we weren't ready to move by the original date we set, and that was no issue. On the day of moving, the team showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and got everything packed in the truck before lunch. The team took care not to damage any of our belongings and made sure we checked all the rooms so that nothing was missed. Once we got to the new house, they took all the boxes to their appropriate rooms quickly and efficiently too. The entire team was professional and respectful of our belongings. The price ended up coming in a little lower than quoted, which was a great bonus. I would recommend All Ways and use them again.

The movers were very efficient and did a great job protecting both the house we were moving out of and our possessions. The team lead was also very knowledgeable about strategies to get large items in and out. We will certainly use them again in the future.
