Excellent, friendly and professional.

Two team showed up right on time got to work quickly and did a great job of getting the move done faster than expected. Everyone was polite and very careful with out things. We thought they did a great job.

It went great, from the timeliness of the initial estimate and friendliness of the office staff, to the follow-up, packing, loading and unloading.

I selected All Ways Movers based on the reviews on Angie's List and was not disappointed. From the salesman to the office staff to the movers, everyone was courteous and professional. It went without a hitch. It was definitely worth the price and I would recommend them to anyone.

Estimator Michael was prompt and professional. He made a rapid estimate, and presented a price, which we considered fair, and we signed a deal. The movers arrived close to the end of the time slot agreed upon, but within reason. They were very careful with the delicate antiques and packed each well. The movers appeared at the delivery location promptly, and put all pieces in place and assembled those that needed it. They were professional and pleasant to work with. No damage was apparent to any piece. Because we were a small move, service was very quick to arrange, and all went very well.

Did well. Careful with our furniture & house.

Thanks to the people involved with All Ways, it went very well. At the last minute, we found out that we weren't able to get into our apartment as planned and had to take everything to a storage unit. The guys from All Ways remained calm (which my husband and I were not) and just did what we were asking them to do. When it was time to move into our apt., the only company I even considered was All Ways. Everyone from the people in the office that I spoke to, Al Ruppen who came to give us our estimate and the six guys that helped us in the two moves were all kind, polite, professional and efficient. If I'm lucky, I won't ever have to move again, but if anyone would ask me to recommend a moving company, it would definitely be All Ways.

The packers did a fantastic job about one week in advance. Movers showed up on time and did a great job, helpful and friendly.

All 3 movers worked quickly- did a great job!

The overall experience with All Ways Moving was very positive. Al, the estimator in Pittsburgh, provided a quote which was very close to the actual moving cost. Impressive! The actual movers, led by Andy, the driver, and his helpers, Devin & Austin, were very efficient and accommodating of our needs. They were a pleasure to work with.

Crew showed up, took time to protect flooring with pads and carpet runners and door jam protectors. To keep the house clean, some of them stayed outside moving boxes and furniture from the truck to the front and the others would take everything to the appropriate rooms. Great job and would definitely use again. Some of the crew were same that moved our stuff out of our old house and into storage. Nice to have consistency!

H 21/16 on time very helpful and interested in placement & preferences kept me. Informed on any challenger problem. Respectful and positive , kept very busy. Asked if I needed any assistance if I was placing things multiple times. Very efficient and careful and problem solving.

I would like to pass on my appreciation to the crew that had worked with me during my move. I was more than satisfied with the attitudes of all involved, inclusive of their knowledge and courteous approach to making sure all my concerns were handled. John and his crew were absolute professionals, courteous and very respectful to my family. They took particular attention to wrap anything that they felt was fragile even if I had thought it would be ok. Based on their experiences as a moving company, I did not question their knowledge to know what would be best for any certain item to be transported to my new house ! I did a lot of the packing myself, but when I ran out of time, they helped me to put my belongings in boxes, as well as decorative items, artwork, etc. They were very pleasant and helpful, even helping me get rid of junk I didn't want to move. I could not have done it with out their help and amazing customer service and satisfaction !! They made sure to communicate frequently all day and when the time came to set things up, they asked questions if they were unsure as to where an item or piece of furniture was planning to go. Everything was fabulous, thank you. I honestly can't think of anything that could have been done differently. The process was well organized, supervised and transparent. The team took great care with all our possessions and were polite and responsive. I would highly recommend All Ways Moving for your move !
