Ok. Angie coupon offer was not permitted, he acted surprised at the offer. I did get a small discount because I mentioned it. Movers were polite, however one did leave a mess in the toilet and on brush. Not acceptable. Ever.

Be careful! Normally they used to rate themselves as A but it doesn't come from customers. They didn't not meet complete the job even we had much less things to move because we had done previously to make sure they would finish at least under they price estimate. Besides not complete, one of our furniture was wrongly assembled . Very disappointed!!

It went very well. They were on time. efficient and did the job well. No scratches on the furniture, no dents at the homes. Perfect.

Over the past decades I’ve had occasion to call on a few moving services. In general, they’ve run the gamut from just passing to okay. After using Allways Moving, based in Washington PA, I’m happy to report that moving can be a stellar five-star experience. They delivered on all fronts: careful, courteous handling, reasonable rates and a staff that seems to care whether those collectible glass ornaments will make it to their new home. Who could ask for anything more?

When Tim Moore, the owner of All Ways Moving, heard my dilemma, he offered to pick up all the items and store them until such time he could piggy-back my goods onto a household move going to California at some later date. He and his All Ways Moving crew did all this locally while I was far away in California. His office kept me updated as they scheduled and accomplished each part of the effort. On delivery day, every piece I had purchased, including precious one-of-a-kind antique heirlooms, arrived in California in perfect condition (except, of course for some of the pieces having the patina of being well over 100-150 years old!) Everything worked out extremely well for me, saving me a lot of expense and time that I would have incurred otherwise!

From start to finish, the company did an outstanding job. We are totally satisfied with our move.

company has misleading and deceptive marketing techniques and ultimately billing much more than quoted based on all kind of "policies" that are not advertised documented after dispute regarding the above, company forceful and fraudulently charged credit card despite objection and refusal to sign credit card authorization form. company then altered/forged documents after i signed it to have additional charges (they didn't realize i had a carbon copy of the original) (possibly a criminal offence and indicative of a shady company) furthermore i called their administrative office to discuss and on both occasion was screamed at and then hung up on - very insulting and poor customer service

The move went extremely well. From our first phone call, the estimate walk through and the entire move ALL WAYS was outstanding. They had a wealth of information which they were more than willing to share which helped us pack and prepare properly for our move. They were always prompt, professional and communicated well. Three young strong men loaded a trucked dedicated to our belongings only on a Monday in Bridgeville, PA. What was most impressive about these guys was their attitude. They were not only here to move us but also to make it as stress free as possible. They handled our belongings as if they were their own. Extremely careful and always taking their time. They answered all our questions and did a walk through to ensure we didn't forget anything. We were very happy how things went on load up day. Off course, the true test would be how things arrived in Springfield OH two days later. On Wednesday they arrived a little early and were ready to go. Again, handling each piece carefully and never dropping a thing. The unload went very smoothly and quickly. It was amazing that everything arrived in the same condition it did when it left Bridgeville, PA. Positively NO dents, damage or even a scratch. When it comes to moving ALL WAYS is the best hands down. They were also the lowest cost of all my estimates! If we move again, it will be one call and one call only to ALL WAYS. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free economical move. One final note, after the move they sent us a note thanking us for using them and wished us well in our new home. From beginning to end a real professional organization. Thank you ALL WAYS!!!

Everything went fairly smoothly. I felt they were in a rush to get the furniture moved in and had some difficulty with large pieces of furniture. All in all it was a good experience. The estimate we received was a lot less than final cost which was very annoying.

They arrived on time. They took care of our belongings and worked very quickly. Very considerate and wanted to be sure boxes went where needed. Honest, great group. Great experience from Al's quote to the actual moving day!
