We used them because of recommendations from our builder and also our new neighbor. They did a good job and they were very efficient. They worked well together, they were careful, and they were very cooperative.

From start to finish was great. Estimate was right on and everyone was very professional

The company was very quick to return my inquiry and set up an appropriate date; from start to finish they were prompt and dependable. The movers arrived on time and were very friendly and competant. They moved everything safely, in the cold weather and snowy conditions, and worked very hard to get the job done. I would use them again.

Their prices were comparable but I just chose a different company. They person who came out was good as well.

I and my girlfriend have used All Ways numerous times in the last 10 years. In 2006 they moved my large furniture and I moved all the small items myself. They were prompt and right on the estimate. No damages and they actually still have some of my product in their warehouse from my business. Could not ask for any better of service and great pricing.

From the first contact with All Ways (email) to setting up the estimate was done quickly and to my schedule. They called me the day before to confirm the move for the next day. The movers arrived right on time and protected my carpets and hardwood. the 4 men were pleasant and knew exactly what to do. They worked right through to the end to setting up our beds and mirrors on the dressers and even helped us hook up our HD flat screen TV> Could not have asked for a better move.

All Ways Moving did a little packing of our very fragile items like wall art work, TV, and lamps. They packed and loaded in a single morning. At our request, they delayed transporting our stuff for a few days, giving us time to arrive at our destination and get organized. They made a stop at a storage facility where they unloaded about a third of our stuff and then unloaded the rest at our house. They placed all of the heavy items exactly where we wanted them. The driver was very competent and professional. His crew was courteous and hard working. We were amazed at how quickly they handled our move. The estimate that we got from All Ways was about 1,000 lbs less than the actual weight but the difference in our cost was a very small fraction of the total cost. All Ways was the lowest cost estimate that we obtained. We were very pleased with their service.

Highly professionial and caring service. Consistent and genuine attention to our requirements and willingness to work through issues. Personal communications and point of contact allowed effective resolution of issues. We were always talking to the same person who already understood exactly where we were in the process and what the history was. We did our own packing using whatever boxes we could get at local merchants so moving and packing them on the truck was more challenging. The crew was professional and careful with our goods. Everything arrived intact.

The representative who came for the estimate was timely, friendly, and professional. However, we didn't choose All Ways because their estimate was the highest of the three. Part of the issue was that the amount of stuff we owned was right on the border of what would fit in one local van. The All Ways rep. strongly recommended getting two vans to be safe and make sure everything would fit. However, we really needed to save money and went with another moving company that felt that everything could fit in one van (ultimately it did) and was generally far cheaper. I can't remember the exact amount of the estimate (local moves are based mostly on the time it takes for packing and moving), but we ended up saving around $1,000.

Overall the move went well. The crew showed up on time and were very careful with all of our furniture and belongings. At the completion of the move we had only one small scuff on a wall in the new house from moving furniture and one small scratch on our piano. Otherwise everything else came through in perfect condition. While our new house they unloaded into was smaller and had some narrow door openings, I felt that the four-man crew moved somewhat slowly and could have been completed faster. The extra time resulted in the cost being $300 over their estimate.

EVERYTHING WENT WELL OVERALL. THEY WERE ON TIME AND QUICK. VERY CLOSE TO THEIR ESTIMATE OF TIME AND COST. ONLY ONE INCIDENT WITH A COFFEE TABLE WHICH I DID REPORT TO THE COMPANY. IT WAS UNFORTUNATE, BUT I GUESS THOSE THINGS HAPPEN.

They arrived on time, were friendly, and personable, and did not damage any of the items or the houses involved. There was a difficult amount of moving to a rear door (basement entry) over snow and ice, and it never affected their performance. Move was completed under time and under budget, a nice surprise!
