Move went very well and the actual cost was a little less than the estimated cost. The movers were right on time, clean and in uniforms. They got right to work and were very careful with everything.

Estimator was friendly & professional. Movers (3) were the same. Man on phone was short. They don't accept check so pacing was problematic.

They were very good and careful with our stuff. They were very polite and it was freezing cold and they just kept working. They provided excellent service.

All Ways is an excellent moving company. They moved me from the Pittsburgh area to Florida without incident and without any breakage. They went out of their way to accomodate changes in my moving date with very short lead time. I did not have a full truck load so it took some extra time to get to Florida, but it was delivered within the span of time they stated. The personnel who packed and unpacked my things were professional and very careful. I would definitely recommend All Ways.

They did this all in short notice and had 2 experienced movers. No damage done and also provided over night delivery. Eveverything went really well and I would recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with All Ways Moving. They moved my brother a few times in the past and he recommended them to me. I had never been professionally moved before so I didn't know what to expect. From the first call into the office until the last box was taken off the truck, it couldn't have been any better! The salesperson's estimate was spot on! She was so courteous and knowledgeable! The guys arrived at my house on time and they were all in uniform- a real class act. We were worried that the truck wouldn't fit in my drive way, but they used the right size truck and made it happen. The guys even put down pads to protect my new carpet! There wasn't a scratch on anything!! I was thoroughly impressed with All Ways Moving and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Called this company on Thursday, Oct 4, 2012, could not get an in-person estimate until Friday, October 12. There are 2 tight turns to get to my house. The first thing the representative said upon arrival was to make a comment about the turns. When advised that there was another way onto the street, he took no interest in looking at that part of the street. He then went out to the front porch to make a phone call, where he apparently thought he could not be overheard, and said to whomever he was speaking, "We're not moving everything... it's probably less than 4000 pounds, and all the stuff is big stuff. They're gonna take care of all the little stuff." Once off the phone he came back inside and said, "I don't think we're gonna be able to handle this job." He also said the travel distance between the old home and the new home was an hour each way. It's 10.1 miles with a travel time of 20 minutes! I understand that this company is based in Washington, but wouldn't you attempt to find that out beforehand as part of the estimate process? I guess our job was too small and there was not enough money to be made. I wasted a week waiting for these guys.

Professional and friendly movers took very good care of all of our belongings. They moved big pieces of furniture up to a third floor room. They made everything as easy as possible for us. I highly recommend them!

We are extremely happy with All ways moving. We move a lot and have used them four times now. We won't call anyone else. The men were friendly and pleasant to work with. The office staff were very efficient also.

We recently had a stressful move from South Fayette to Canonsburg. We were closing on our old house and new house back to back on the same day and had to move that day as well. We were not able to get access to the new house until after closing on both houses. All Ways came and quoted an estimate on moving our larger furniture. We packed up all the smaller stuff and moved the boxes ourselves and had no problem coordinating the unloading of the boxes and smaller items at the same time All Ways was unloading our heavier furniture - in the rain we might add. They arrived promptly and did a very professional job. When it started to rain, they did a great job of keeping our furniture covered with blankets to protect it from the rain. They padded our doorways and banisters to keep from scratching any of the paint. We got delayed during closing and they had to wait 90 minutes at the new house before we could arrive with a key for access and they charged us a modest increase over the estimated cost due to the wait. We thought it was a reasonable increase for their additional time. We highly recommend this company and special thanks to Muncy for supervising the job. Well done Fella's!

They took a lot of time to make sure that my things would be safe. They were forthcoming when they couldn't guarentee something's safety unless it was packaged differently. The three guys worked very hard despite the pouring rain. With the rain, there could've been a lot more dirt and mud on the floor but they were careful to put pads down. They didn't leave until everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. They made a very tough day go smoothly. I was thankful for them.

We had a family member become ill after giving up her apartment. She had not been able to arrange for her move to the new home. We called All Ways Moving & Storage to see if they could help. They were wonderful. They found a date that fit in with the timeline we were working under. On the first day a group met me at the apartment and worked quickly and efficiently to get everything ready for the move. The next day the truck arrived and began the move. The men had the challenge of the building elevator, a grandfather clock, a large china cupboard and a grand piano. Just as the day before, they got right to work and soon the truck was ready to roll. Arriving at the new home (on the corner of a busy main street) the men helped place everything where it needed to be. It had been a whirlwind two days but my family was greatly appreciative of everything All Ways Moving did to help our family. We could never had accomplished the task as quickly without them. . Everyone was very kind and helpful in this unexpected family "emergency". I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone who is planning a move whether close or far! Their website promoted that they serviced my area, but upon calling them was advised that to provide the service in my area the move during the summer would be considered long distance. I guess in the winter when business is slower the distance is shorter. In the end, they advised me to find someone more local.

The crew arrived on time, looked over the items to be moved and got started quickly. They got everything out of the house and into the truck quickly without any problems. When we arrived at the destination, they were efficient in getting everything into the house and placed exactly where I wanted things. They were very helpful and courteous. Moves can be stressful, but they helped make it a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. They were well organized and efficient. They even had a securable box for my TV so I knew it would be safe. I would recommend them to anybody.

Called on April 3rd to set up a free in home estimate. The day before the estimate they called and confirmed again. The day of the estimate the person called and said he was running late his car had broken down and he would get some info from us over the phone. As soon as he heard the date we were moving he said oh that dates not available. So called the office and spoke to a manager sure enough that day wasn't available. They had booked it after speaking with me and oops forgot to call me. So know we are moving in 14 days and have no movers. Would have been nice if they had found the time to call me so I could schedule something else with another company. Instead I waited two weeks figuring on using them since they had such good reviews. The solution move us the day after we longer own the house. Not the day before and storing our stuff in a truck over night no the day after. I have no problem with them scheduling another job that's business but I did deserve a phone call.

After my initial inquiry, the staff was very helpful, responsive, and thorough in communicating with me as well as getting me into the schedule on short notice. On moving day, I was very pleased with the work the three men did. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient on both the pick up and the delivery sides. At the end of the day the actual price came in less than the estimated price for the services. I will definitely use All Ways for future moves as well as highly recommend their services.

They picked up my stuff on the 15th and they stored my things due to the weather and then delivered my things on the 31st. They boxed up everything and loaded it onto the truck. They unloaded after being transferred by a Wheaton truck from Pitsburg to Montana. The people that loaded the truck were on time, pleasant, and courteous. They worked very hard. I was very pleased with the service. They moved the boxes into the appropriate rooms. I had one problem but it turned out to be my fault. I thought an item was missing but it actually wasn't and they handled the complaint very well and we were able to figure out what happened. I was totally satisfied.
