+ -1 moreI called ABS and he suggested I turn off the breaker, wait an hour, then try again. It worked!!!!! He could have come out, pretended to work, and charged me for it and I would have been happy to pay for the repair. I will try him again any time!

Description of Work: Quickly responded to service request for refrigerator that was not refrigerating. Correctly diagnosed problem and ordered part. Returned the next day and completed the repair.

+ -1 moreProfessional on the phone and in person. Took the appliance information and what problem I was having with it, and had the needed part with him when he arrived. This was the 2nd time I have used Tom (refridgerator repair in perhaps 2002) and I have been very happy with his work.
