The construction company was great! They completed the whole job on time and did a great job. Wanda was excellent in communication and explained everything very thoroughly. The price we paid was also reasonable and fair.

PRDR sent out a handyman the next day after I called, to address a small leak under my sink. He was prompt and skilled, and he was able to fix the leak and realign the garbage disposal in record time. I even asked him to fix a cabinet door, and our screen door, which he did without hesitation. PRDR is efficient, affordable, reliable and have employees that are skilled and knowledgeable about the trades.

This was the most painless remodel I’ve ever done. The planning, execution and completion far out did my expectations. The team was professional, courteous and respectful of my personal space. The workmanship was better than expected, especially considering the fair and reasonable cost of the project. The other great aspect about PRDR is the efficiency with which the project was completed. They were three weeks ahead of schedule!! If I buy another home PRDR will be my first call!!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring PRDR Construction for my bathroom renovation project, and I can confidently say that their workmanship was excellent. I have been dying to give PRDR the best review ever! Wanda and her team are just uniquely impressive! Not only they are flexible and we were able to start my job within a week or so, but she was able to deliver a 10/10 job! Wanda asked me how involved I wanted to be in my renovations and based on my answer, she’d filled in ALL the gaps! Financially and design wise, she was able to come up with solution to every issue that arose! Wanda’s team was punctual, and they always left the house clean before living. I have 3 kids (One of them asthmatic) and we were able able to live as usual while she renovated 2 bathrooms and created a powder room for us! Not only her work was state-of-the-art, she went above and beyond for our family to help us prepare for my in-laws visit! Indeed, she helped me find a cleaner, and even an organizer to help with the other rooms that she had not renovated.. I just cannot wait to use Wanda and her team for my kitchen next year! She is a honest, thorough, easy to work with person. And her team, are equally hard worker! With PRDR, your house becomes what you have imagined in the blink of an eye!!
